Квартира находится на 3 этаже старого питерского дома, пережившего блокаду. Рядом остановка метро "Фрунзенская". Александра быстро отвечала на вопросы, все подробно объяснила. Нас встретила Наталья, мама Александры- приветливая милая женщина. С ней проживают 2 любопытных кошки. Можно пользоваться кухней. Останавливались на 2 дня, все было хорошо.

Большое спасибо хозяйке Тамар и ее супругу. Дружелюбные и всегда готовые помочь хозяева. Угостили хачапури и сладостями 1 января, а потом еще и домашним борщом, который оказался изумительно вкусным. Жилье расположено в пешей доступности от самого оживленного проспекта (и метро) - Руставели. Однозначно рекомендую!

Квартира отличная, приятный ремонт, ванная комната с душевой кабиной, все чисто, есть кондиционер, утюг, стиральная машина, большой обеденный стол, есть все для готовки. Быстрый интернет. Квартира расположена на втором этаже, окна выходят в тихий двор. До центра города с кафешками и до берега около 15 минут пешком, рядом есть продуктовые магазины. Elene отзывчивая, внимательная хозяйка, всегда на связи. Проживание здесь очень понравилось, всем рекомендую.

We stayed at Lali’s apartment for a week and it was lovely. The location is perfect for going out into the city, grocery shops are nearby, as well as cafes. The apartment was warm even during the rainy and cold weather. The place had everything we needed – internet was stable and fast, we also used the washing machine. Lali was eager to answer our questions if they arose, helped out and at some point she even brought us tea with pancakes. Thank you!

Exceptional Stay in Tbilisi! We stayed in several properties around Tbilisi, but this one truly stood out. From its stunning location to its thoughtful design, every aspect of this home exceeded our expectations. The panoramic views of Tbilisi, paired with the beautiful garden, made for a breathtaking wake-up scene. The interior was curated with love, you can see that! What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the warmth and hospitality of our host, Svetlana. From the moment we booked to our departure, she treated us like family. Her thoughtful gestures, including homemade breakfast, cappuccinos, and even a New Year's Eve cake, left us feeling grateful and pampered. Svetlana's kindness in offering us a late check-out to accommodate our evening flight was truly appreciated! We wholeheartedly recommend this incredible property to anyone visiting Tbilisi. Svetlana is a true Superhost, and we feel fortunate to have had the pleasure of meeting her.

Staying at their house is amazing, perfect stay for a transit tourist like me. The room is big, quiet, clean and lovely. they have washing machine and iron that I can use and the beach is just a walking distance. Going to Batumi Central Bus is easier as it is very close to the house. Thank you so much for hosting airbnb room and I will definitely come back!

Hasmik’s Guest house is extremely well located, cosy and nice with a little garden which is the cherry on top. It is located close to the city center and has the feeling of being in the countryside. I loved everything about it, the house, the yard, the garden!!! I also have to mention that Hasmik is an excellent host, very attentive and pleasant, easy to communicate and enjoyable to chat. Overall it was a great experience, probably my best one on airbnb!

Mr. Asim was great friend and he responded very nice and quickly. The place was super clean and very nice. The Cottage very fantastic and you can make your food from the kitchen there are mostly tools are available. I hope to visit this place soon.

This place is an absolute gem, and we felt so lucky to have found it! Beauty awaits both inside and out, with breathtaking views and a truly unique location – the Garni temple is literally just beyond the fence, yet the house and garden feel completely private. The guesthouse offers several unique rooms, each thoughtfully decorated with handmade pieces and artworks. The peaceful garden hints at incredible beauty during the blossom season. But the true heart of this guesthouse lies with its owners, the artists Ruzan and Ruben. Their warm personal welcome made us feel like cherished guests, and their invitation to explore their art gallery and studios was a delightful touch. They were so genuinely kind and polite. Oh, and the breakfast was outstanding – that omelette and Armenian coffee were the best I've had in ages! While we wish we could have visited in warmer weather, our experience was remarkable even with the rain. Thank you for sharing your home; I truly hope to return!

Мы были впечатлены чистотой и удобствами в доме у Henrika! Замечательная частная территория! Henrik был очень внимательным к нашим нуждам! Угостил ягодами со своего сада, показал кроликов и других животных (наш маленький малыш был счастлив). Ремонт в доме новый-сделан идеально, находится в доме одно удовольствие. Вернулись бы снова, но уже остались бы подольше! Рекомендуем!

Очень уютный домик, все необходимые удобства есть! 😊 приятное общение и оперативные ответы на все вопросы. Расположение потрясающее, между Площадью Республики и Каскадом и туда и туда можно дойти за 7-15 минут. Рядышком отличные рестораны, как для завтраков, так и для обеда/ужина. Впечатления остались самые положительные. Хозяину большое спасибо за теплый прием!

Совершенно волшебный домик с красивой облагороженной терассой с видом на гору. Внутри всё очень компактно, но при этом есть все необходимое и очень уютно. Видно, что хозяева вложили всю душу в организацию пространства и у них получилась смесь домашнего уюта и сказочной атмосферы. Очень удобно, что есть собственный гараж.

Harut and his wife were fantastic hosts. Plenty of room. The outdoor seating area by the grill is great. The sauna followed by a cold plunge in the pool at night was probably our favorite part. I would definitely come back again and stay here in the future. Highly recommended.

Сам город тихий и спокойный. нет шума, громкой музыки с кафе. на территории гостевого дома растет яблоня, груша, хурма, орехи. хозяйка посетовала кафе Веранда. там очень вкусный цыпленок в соусе песто. Ездили оттуда в Пицунду и Приморское. Будьте осторожны по Гудауте ездит Жигули с красным фарами спереди и сзади, смотрите внимательно, не дайте себя обмануть

Нам очень понравилось у Артура и Али! Дом находится в тихом и чистом районе Еревана, вдали от шумных дорог. На участке чудесный цветущий садик (середина апреля особенно хорошее время для любования цветами). В квартире очень-очень чисто и уютно; на кухне есть все, что необходимо для приготовления еды (я бы, наверное, только еще пару маленьких милочек добавила). В спальне удобная кровать с ортопедическим матрасом, было приятно спать в таком уютном месте. В шкафу достаточно полотенец, а в ванной есть все - от зубных щеток и мыла до тряпочек и средств для уборки! Аля и Артур замечательные хозяева, ни разу никаких проблем не возникло, они очень быстро реагировали на все наши вопросы и делились даже тем, на что мы совсем не рассчитывали - например, Аля позволила воспользоваться духовкой и угостила травами со своего огорода. Ощущение - что мы приехали к старым добрым друзьям :) Процветания вашему дому! Настя и Джем
