Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Catedral District

Super nice apartment, friendly host - everything was fine. We really loved the building and the flat itself, spacious, clean, modern - absolutely no issues. Location was good as well, close to restaurants and the old town (maybe 10min walk). The only annoying thing is the train - it is really loud in the mornings. I am usually not too sensitive when it comes to noise in the morning, once I sleep everything is fine, but in this case, the train did its job. However, would stay there again and recommend this place.

I have stayed here before and always come back - the apartment is perfect - fast WiFi and easy to get everywhere in the San Jose area. I use Uber while in CR and the location is perfect - Uber always available quickly. The host is always available and quick to respond to any question and recommendations… As they say - she has very positive energy and is a pleasure to work with on any request. I will be back for sure! Pura Vida

Bastante práctico, y excelente para hospedarse seguro con o sin auto previo a un vuelo. Las camas un poco plasticosas pero se entiende de un Airbnb para proteger colchones. Lo demás excelente.

My partner and I spent a week at Ulik and Andrea's place, and, it was fantastic! The location was excellent being minutes from the airport, and minutes away from City Mall with tons of local amenities. The unit was clean, we felt extremely safe on the property and the front gate security guard was also extremely helpful. Highly recommended!

Ernesto war ein guter Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war gut und sauber. Allerdings könnte etwas mehr Kochausstattung (1 kleiner Topf, 1 kleine pfanne) vorhanden sein.

Our stay here was awesome! This was our first night in Costa Rica and our host made everything as easy as possible for us, eliminating any unnecessary anxiety. The host and his wife were responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The view is absolutely amazing and there is much to see and do locally. 10/10!

This was our second stay at Alberto’s. We love the location - close to restaurants, train and groceries. The condo has everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the neighborhood very safe. We will stay here again if it is available when we are back.

It was very nice to stay here before we needed to go to the airport. Very clean house with modern furniture. Showers were great and my girlfriend never had better shampoo than over here.

We had a wonderful short stay at Francisco’s house! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a perfect balance of minimalism and functionality. As parents of a little baby, we felt completely at ease letting him explore, knowing the space was safe and well-kept. Francisco was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back!

As good as it gets! A clean, well appointed space (especially the kitchen) with a lap pool and workout gym close by, this is a wonderful place to stay. Dom was responsive, helpful and flexible with requests. Helpful restaurant recommendations added value. Two thumbs up!
