North Country Cottage

This beautiful, recently renovated home is out in the country down a dead-end road, but still only a few miles from the town of Ladysmith. It is about a mile from a little county park on the Dairyland Reservoir, only a few miles from the local golf course, and just down the road from hopping on the snowmobile trail in the winter. Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 full bath house on Long Lake/Phillips Chain of Lakes in Phillips, WI. Home has recently been remodeled and can be used for all 4 seasons. Finished basement includes add'l sleeping space (2 bunk beds, full bed on bottom with twin on top), washer/dryer along with a walk-out door to the lake. Patio, charcoal grill, firepit and dock. Excellent fishing, sandy lake frontage. In the winter, the home is located on the snowmobile trail. Large parking area for trailer or boats.

Three pound small mouth bass are not uncommon and the monster's of fresh water fish, the musky, are plentiful. Add in walleyes, crappies, northern pike and this location is a fisherman's dream!

Close to ATV trails with Country store & bar/food about 1 mile. Near Lake Holcombe, & surrounding areas. The Eagle's nest is an adjacent unit (sleeps 6). Also a 1/4 mile from the Flambeau ski trail. The North Fork of the Flambeau river is one mile away with great canoeing and Kayaking. There are 2 Walleye lakes at the end of the road.
