It definitely became my family's favorite place, my young children enjoyed it, very comfortable, clean, safe, we felt at home, as it is a quiet place surrounded by nature. Thank you Edgar and Sonia for being excellent hosts, we will definitely be back.

The weekend was simply perfect. The house offered the necessary amenities to prepare our food, set up a family table and rest. Board games allowed to enjoy an entertaining family moment before sunset from the hammock, a magical moment. Outdoor hall and awnings allow you to enjoy outdoor food on a sunny day. We enjoyed touring the property, a delight for nature lovers. It was fascinating to see the cows grazing up close and discovering that they are planting native trees. The promenade by the river was very relaxing and unique. The restoration of this centuries-old house is admirable, they have achieved a cozy and comfortable atmosphere without losing its historical charm. Feel the warmth in every corner. We're grateful for this experience. The spacious parking lot was useful for the group. We highly recommend this place for a comforting getaway near Loja! We'll be back!

The property is very nice to spend with friends or family, it is spacious but cozy, Vanessa was very nice and accessible in terms of our requests, with my family we had a great time. We all loved the Estate, it is very well equipped even with things that are not mentioned in the listing. Recommended

The apartment was perfect for our vacations in Loja, you can say that it is a nice place to rest and get to know the city. Additionally, you feel at home, since in these Christmas times it was adorned with lights and left us chocolates. Finally, I can comment that the apartment is very spacious, super clean, and central to move anywhere. Thank you very much Pedro and we hope to return to this beautiful city soon. 🙌🤓

My parents were very happy with the place, a comfortable and quiet space, the host was very friendly and helped us with everything.

We feel eternally grateful to have been able to spend a month in such a beautiful, peaceful spot. The casita is as pictured with everything you need for an extended stay. Our main goal in traveling to Ecuador this time was to find somewhere peaceful and the river, birds, and trees surrounding casita colibrí provided everything we could hope for. Kim Ho was a wonderful host: easy to communicate with and incredibly friendly, helpful, and positive. We loved the walk to town and found getting taxis back part way if needed very easy. We also were amazed at the hikes we could do right out the gate- there is so much to see in every direction! I will note that we had some troubles with both mold and mildew. This is not surprising given that we were traveling during the rainy season and likely not a fault of the casita, but it was a constant effort to keep our clothes/items mold-free. Kim Ho recommended using vinegar to clean and that was very helpful but I would consider this while packing.
