This property is a 2100 sq ft, two car garage house with 3 bedrooms including 4 beds, 3 full baths, an open living room, dining and kitchen area fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, glasses and silverware. The house has its own washer, dryer, free wifi and a TV. It also has a boat launch and fishing deck. Our house is located on a canal on the Atchafalaya River, addition to Butte La Rose, LA. We are exactly in between Lafayette and Baton Rouge, equally 30 minutes away from both locations!

Located in the heart of the Atchafalaya Wetlands, halfway between Lafayette & Baton Rouge, this 2,800 sqft property has a spacious living area & well-equipped kitchen. Walking upstairs, you enter a sunroom overlooking the water. One of two bedrooms has a work desk area. Downstairs is an unfinished game room with a pool table & entrance to a large deck with outdoor amenities & beautiful scenery. Bayou Belle is great for fishing, relaxing, & fellowship. The cozy cottage is nestled along the bank of the Atchafalaya River, a few miles south of interstate 10 and half way between Baton Rouge and Lafayette, La. Drive through your own little private swamp as you enter the property before it opens up to the cottage. The front porch is only steps away from the river. Large windows line the front of the home so you will have a wonderful view wherever you’re at. It is a perfect place to relax while surrounded by nature.

Maps says 15 minutes to Downtown Lafayette, 10 minutes to Downtown Youngsville, and 12 minutes from the airport! One queen size bed, one fold out twin bed in closet, and a sofa. Sleeps up to three. Comfy and cozy get away. I am NOT LOCATED IN LAFAYETTE, so if you stay here please understand that you could be 10 to 20 minute drive depending on your destination

C&G vacation home is in a safe rural location, but a bike or car ride away from everything within the city. It is strictly used for guests . This one bedroom has a queen size bed, one bathroom, and a twin daybed located in the living area with a trundle. The home has a fully equipped kitchen. Complementary snacks and drinks are available for guests. Located next to the freeway (I-10) for easy on/off access.

Private Suite at Urban Garden

Private Guest Suite in an add-on to a private family home occupied by a gay couple in their 40s. Suite has its own exterior private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The charming brick cottage is located on a fenced-in property on a busy street. There are extensive gardens with two large greenhouses and lush garden areas in the back. Trusted volunteers will come work in the garden some days.
