Staying with your feet in the water. If you like to sleep with the sound of the waves, go swimming in the morning 2 steps away and come back for breakfast on a great terrace overlooking the sea… this is the right place. Close to Gallipoli (by car) and not far from Lecce either. Mid-May, it's a little dead, of course, but it totally suited us and we had no problem finding restaurants and food stores. Francesco's house is not only charming, but very convenient. All is well thought out. We did not have the pleasure of meeting Francesco, but he responded very quickly to our many messages 😉

The apartment and the terrace are very nice. Antonella is very responsive and caring. We were greeted by his kind mother. We loved our stay at Lido Conchiglie's house. In May, sweetness, warmth and very few people! Magnificent!

We stayed as a family (2 parents with 3 children) in this very nice apartment. The decor was neat and tasteful and all the amenities were well thought out to make our lives easier. The terrace, in particular, was beautiful, with a shaded area and with beautiful sea views. A small, rather family-friendly beach is accessible directly downstairs from the building. You also benefit from a covered private parking space at the bottom of the building and access to the outdoor shower of the building (very convenient when returning from the beach full of sand). Maria and Tommaso were very welcoming and responsive to our requests. The hot water tank broke down due to an overpressure of the city's water one night. They immediately brought in a plumber to change the emergency water heater! Thanks to them.

My husband, my husband, and my daughters stayed at Giuseppe's property for about ten days! The house is wonderful, clean, adequate spaces, great sea view, full of very nice and beautiful objects!!! The kitchen and bathroom were clean and equipped with every tool (e.g. hairdryer, coffee maker, dishes, pots, etc.)! The rooms are also very clean and with soft sheets!! The terrace is wonderful! Spacious, sea view, equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs, water access and linen rack! Highly recommended

I truly enjoyed staying at Rosaria’s place. The apartment is simply furnished but has everything you need. And then there is the terrace!! It’s the highlight of her place. The view is exactly as advertised. I can recommend her place.

The place is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, modern and fully equipped for an excellent vacation. It’s located 20m away from a very beautiful beach of white sand. Gianni was an amazing host, he was kind and always available. We 100% recommend choosing Gianni’s place for your holiday, we had an amazing time.

Clean and functionally furnished apartment. Simple kitchen without oven or electric coffee maker. Friendly and uncomplicated landlady. The balcony is top, large storks, screens on windows. We enjoyed the stay to the fullest.

We loved our stay in this beach house by the sea. Allesandro had made it very comfortable and provided so many extra treats. It was so quiet, relaxing and calm with great restaurants nearby and many beautiful places to visit.

I am very surprised by the few stars that some guests have given Franco. This is absolutely not justified. If I could, I would give Franco 10 stars! From the very beginning, Franco was extremely helpful. Upon our arrival we had a problem with the car rental as we could not get a car because of our credit card. Franco noticed this and helped us immediately. He took us to another car rental, where we easily got a car. Without his help, we would have had to spend our vacation in the beautiful accommodation for the most part. Regarding some guests' complaints about access to the sea: We had no problem at all. The place is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. Franco, his wife and her sugar-sweet daughter were very warm and accommodating. I would highly recommend anyone coming to Tricase to book here. All in all, it was wonderful and relaxing days! We'll be back Grazie Franco

We had an amazing stay at Francesca’s. We were in contact with Lukas who was extremely helpful, clear and friendly. At check in, Lukas met us and showed us around, he had many local recommendations for us. Throughout the stay he was super responsive and helpful. The first morning we woke up to fresh croissant and pasticciotti!! The house was beautiful, very spacious, full of light and extremely clean. There are many places to sit and many amenities like the pool, outside showers, hammocks and outside BBQ area. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you.

We liked the stay in Marco's apartment very much. The view of the sea and the terrace with pool are beautiful. Beds are very comfortable. There is a good beach bar at the beautiful, nearby bay. Castro is just within walking distance. One advantage was the private parking on the property. The communication with Giorgio was quick and uncomplicated.

We had a very relaxing time in Vittorio's apartment. The large balcony has a great view of the sea. 2 beaches are directly opposite, only across the quiet road from the apartment. The free city beach with the wind-protected bay can also be reached in a few minutes on foot. The sea is crystal clear and shines in all shades of blue. The old town of Otranto is also within a few minutes' walk and offers a wide range of restaurants and ice cream parlours. Vittorio welcomed us very nicely, also gave us many tips during the stay and stayed in touch with us. The apartment is lovingly furnished and has everything you need. We recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday in Otranto.

We greatly loved our stay! The house is right on a beautiful beach, perfect for a relaxing holiday. Our host was incredibly welcoming and surprised us with fresh fruit from his own country, a great touch! We felt right at home. Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy the beach, peace and warm hospitality.

I have to say that Giulia is a very attentive person, the house is tidy, clean and above all fresh, the services she offers are the right ones for a pleasant and carefree holiday.

This place looks just like the pictures shown. Plenty of lovely beaches around and lots of fishing opportunities as well! The local cats were definitely my favorite. There was a young cat while we were staying, with gray patches on mostly white fur. I named him Jasper , if you see him give him lots of lovins he’s such a sweetheart!

We had a great time!! Stefania was very nice to give us advice for the area, to communicate for check-in and to greet us on our departure. Fantastic location right on the beach and a small marina. We were there at the beginning of the summer season so super quiet but with a nice bar open next door where you can have a coffee or a drink. I'd love to go back!

the stay at Antonio's was truly a positive surprise, he as a person is always available and very tidy, you can see that he loves his structure as his home, he was also very helpful and helped us throughout the stay with useful tips and directions. the amenities were exactly as described and the quality of the appliances was more than good, and the air conditioning system is a state-of-the-art heat pump ducted system that gives exceptional comfort in all rooms. I'm almost sure to come back next year

A house on the beach, with everything you need. 2 terraces so with a lot of wind, always 1 out of the wind. Close to small beaches where you can swim. 3 min walk from the neighborhood supermarket, if you forgot something in the big supermarket. Visited several nice towns and made wonderful trips. It was still quite quiet in the town, but there were a number of restaurants open. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, who makes handy use of a translation app. Everything was ready for us, even a bottle of wine. We met them a number of times, nice people. A fantastic holiday, thank you both.
