We contacted Anna Maria at short notice after another booking fell through. She responded right away and got the apartment ready for us so quickly. It was a lifesaver. Anna Maria and her husband were so friendly, helpful and responsive throughout our stay! The apartment is really lovely - modern with all comforts. Everything was very clean and quiet. The location is great, just a few minutes' walk from the historical centre of Lecce and close to some great restaurants. We took our kids and they loved it too. Thank you so much Anna Maria! We hope to see you again some time!

Excellent logement ! Nous avons l’habitude de louer des airbnb mais cela fait longtemps que nous n’avons pas eu une telle prestation : décoration qui nous fait sentir comme dans une vraie maison et non dans une location « industrielle » ; tout était présent pour cuisiner que ça soit ingrédients ou ustensiles de base ; Massimo nous avait même laissé des fruits de son arbre ; le logement était propre ; la literie confortable et la terrasse fort agréable. Superbe communication pour que le séjour se passe bien !

Gemütliche Wohnung in der Nähe des Zentrums und doch weit genug vom Trubel entfernt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, Domenico hat uns sehr gut in die Haus-Regeln eingewiesen und war immer gut erreichbar. Wenn wir wieder nach Otranto kommen, würden wir das Appartment wieder buchen. Danke dir alles!

Liebevoll renoviertes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement am Rande der Altstadt von Lecce, optimal gelegen, um zu Fuß die Stadt oder mit dem Auto die Umgebung zu erkunden. Es war alles vorhanden, problemloser Self-Check in über Schlüsselbox. Maria ist schnell erreichbar und gibt ggf. sinnvolle Tipps. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, danke Maria!

Kitűnő szálláshely volt, gyönyörű kilátással a tengerre. Ott derült ki, hogy 5 személyes az appartman, bár mi csak ketten voltunk. A lakás vadiúj konyhával és fürdővel rendelkezett és mindennel felszerelt volt a hajszárítótól a mosógépig és grillezőig. Pasquale egy üveg bort, vizet és pugliai ropogtatnivalót is készített nekünk az asztalra. Nagyon figyelmes és rendkívül kommunikatív házigazda volt, és jókat beszélgettünk. Kiváló tippeket adott, mit nézzünk meg, hova menjünk enni, hol parkoljunk... Érdemes kérdezni tőle! Kifejezetten ajánlom, pláne szezonon kívül, mert nincs tömeg, csak nyugalom, napfény és tenger! Egy dologra azért készüljetek, vannak szúnyogok... Ha egy mód van rá, visszatérünk majd a fiainkkal. :)

Fin dal nostro arrivo Anna Maria si è dimostra una persona eccezionale accogliendoci amichevolmente e dandoci degli ottimi consigli su come passare nel migliore dei modi la nostra vacanza. L' appartamento di Anna Maria si trova a pochi passi dal centro di Melendugno dove si può trovare tutto quello che serve, supermercati, ristoranti e negozi. La posizione della casa si offre a visitare comodamente tutte le belle spiagge della zona, inoltre all'interno dell'abitazione abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per passare uno splendido soggiorno. Grazie Anna Maria e speriamo di poterci rivedere ancora.

La casa è assolutamente gradevole, ben posizionata e c’è tutto l’occorrente per una vacanza di relax in famiglia. Si trova non lontana dal centro storico di Lecce e facilmente raggiungibile. Il proprietario di casa ci ha davvero aiutato per un inconveniente avvenuto la mattina della nostra partenza. Grazie!

Giuseppe’s apartment is a real gem. Very well appointed and spacious. Big bedroom and living area. Great kitchen with all amenities. The balcony is fantastic with great views and we sat and had many beers while looking at the sea. Giuseppe was very quick to respond to any message and left us a lovely gift. Price was also very reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend this place on the stunning town of Otranto.

The place is located very close to the old town, you can walk everywhere. Kitchen is more like a kitchenette, but has most things you need for cooking. All 3 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and are renovated to fit vacationer’s needs. We were greeted by Ilario who answered all our questions and recommended the best streets for parking.

We have been travelling to Italy for years - and this is one of the greatest apartments we have ever stayed in. Unlike in many other flats, everything in Ulrike’s place is exceptional: the design which is vintage yet timeless, spotless standard of hygiene and little things that make you feel welcomed. Ulrike prepared small welcome and goodbye gifts and was ready to answer all of our questions. The view from the apartment is wonderful and gives you an opportunity to rest from the sun. The flat is located in the very heart of Nardo: the town is lively and wonderful, yet the apartment is very quiet. It is also sunny and spacious, we will definitely return! ❤

My wife and I just had an absolutely delightful 1-night stay in this ground floor apartment in the Old Town. Alberto was welcoming & helpful and assisted us with access remotely which was very straightforward. The apartment is very smart & immaculately clean. It’s in a really quiet area of the Old Town. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we didn’t need to use any air-conditioning in mid-May. The walk-in shower was a delight. There’s just enough kitchen cooking equipment & cutlery for a couple. Parking is outside the Old Town; we found a car park within 3-mins walk to the apartment. Alberto’s tip to download the EasyPark app was absolutely great; it was so easy to pay for the cheap parking and also start a new session the next day from our apartment. There’s a washing machine (washer-dryer) in the apartment which is chargeable at an additional €5. We highly recommend this property for a perfect stay.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. L'endroit était très propre, tout est neuf, la piscine parfaite. Même si les propriétaires habitent au dessus, le logement reste vraiment individuel et Regina et son mari sont très discrets. Ils nous ont donné toutes les instructions nécessaires pour que notre séjour se passe à merveille. Encore merci !

Op basis van de foto's en de prijs hadden we al hoge verwachtingen. Deze verwachtingen zijn volledig overtroffen. Het was echt ongekend goed, als je naar Zuid-Italië gaat, is dit een MUST GO. Zo gastvrij, zo'n fijne tenuta, heerlijk ontbijt elke ochtend en overal was aandacht voor, ze zetten ook echt een extra stap om je helemaal welkom en thuis te voelen. Wij zijn er onze eerste 10 dagen van de vakantie geweest om het zuiden van Puglia te ontdekken. Het ligt daarvoor perfect, we hebben alle leuke plekjes in de omgeving verkend allemaal op minder dan een uur rijden. Het enige waar ik spijt van heb is dat we deze accomodatie hebben geboekt om de vakantie mee te starten, ik schrijf deze recentie nu vanaf onze tweede accomodatie en die valt echt in het niets vergeleken bij Tenuta San Trifone. Ik denk oprecht niet dat je een betere accomodatie gaat vinden in het zuiden van Puglia. Emanuele, Laura en de rest van de familie, super bedankt, het was top!

tres belle masseria, dans un environnement paisible au milieu des cigales. le logement est agreable et fonctionnel avec une petit terrasse privée bien orientée pour le petit dejeuner. les parties communes sont tres agreables egalement, notamment la piscine et la table de ping pong :) francesco et sylvia sont tres amicaux. merci à eux pour avoir été tres arrangeants

Very nice small « old town » village, recommended restaurants in the village were very good with nice rooftop terrace. Nice small swimming pool to get refreshed. The apartment itself is well renovated with the charm of the old building. Good view on the terrace but beware of the wasp! Would recommend without hesitation

Fantastic. The apartment is clean and modern and host Stefania is very friendly and helpful. She is willing to answer all your questions and give extra information about the city. For us as users of the public transport the location is perfect. The train station is a fifteen minute walk. Within ten minutes you are in center of Lecce where you can view the beautiful city and enjoy all the delicious food that the region has to offer. The apartment itself is large with a separate bedroom and spacious areas to eat and sit comfortably. There is a small kitchen and a corner with a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. We were very curious about the private pool but it exceeded all our expectations! It's nice to cool off on hot day but it is even big enough for swimming a few small laps. The terrace is spacious, really private and has morning sun. The region has a lot to offer and we certainly didn't get bored in a week. So there is a good chance that we will return to this apartment!

Biagio è stato da subito amichevole e disponibile, in tutta sincerità ci siamo sentiti davvero come essere ospitati da un amico. Le case sono spaziose e dotate di tutti i confort, la piscina sempre pulita. Se un giorno torneremo in Puglia, sicuramente torneremo da te Biagio!! Ps. Facci sapere come stà Gino (i bimbi lo hanno chiamato così ).

Fantastisch verblijf. Hartelijk ontvangen met uitgebreide tips wat er in de omgeving is te doen. Appartement was zeer netjes en goed voorzien van spullen om zelf een maaltijd te maken. Zwembad erg schoon en een heel mooi uitzicht over het gebied. Ontbijt was erg goed; enorme variatie aan hartige en zoete etenswaren. Verblijf sterk aanbevolen.

We had a very good time in this beautiful apartment. The apartment is located in a very quiet village. A road through olive groves takes you to beautiful cliffs and bays within an 8 minute drive. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. There are three bedrooms and each room has its own bathroom. There is a local bakery nearby as well as bars, restaurants and a supermarket. I would definitely stay in the apartment again!
