Welcome to our house in the woods! 12 acres surrounded by trees and above a series of waterfalls along the Stony Kill, which runs all the way from Minnewaska State Park through our property and into downtown Accord. You can sit in a hammock outside, soak in our hot tub while listening to the river, or chill out inside with some tunes or the TV projector. Budding entomologists will enjoy the endless procession of bugs, ants, spiders, ticks, and other creepy-crawlies that is part of River House.

Escape to 75 acres of secluded, private land and lounge in this "hyggelig" tiny house. The house has everything you need, from heat and A/c, strong wifi, TV with streaming (sign in to Netflix, HBO, etc), full working kitchen (gas stove, oven, microwave), shower and bathroom. This tiny house has an incredible amount of light coming in from the very large windows throughout. Outdoor amenities include wood patio, propane bbq grill, dining table/chairs, fire pit. The farmhouse is split into three separate and private units. This listing is for the spacious 1400sq. ft 2 BR/2.5 bath unit that occupies the private second floor. This is NOT a party house. The only guests allowed on the property are the ones listed on the reservation.

One of its highlights is the large 2 person custom shower, adding a touch of luxury to this intimate space.

Our little cabin is perfect for one or two guests for short stays while visiting local family, touring the areas wineries or nature trails, or for a clean, quiet over night stop while traveling long distances. Explore the Shawangunk Wine Trail, hike Minnewaska, sip cider at Angry Orchard, visit The Walkway Over the Hudson, or sample and shop the areas diverse farm stands and breweries. There is so much to see and do in the Hudson Valley and our cabin is close to it all!
