Adjacent to the owners' home (not overlooked), on a 50 ha cereal farm, you will enjoy the view of the fields and the many possibilities for walks on the property and the lake 200 m away.

Located 35 minutes from Toulouse and at the gates of Gers, we will welcome you in a quiet setting, open to the surrounding nature. Hiking trails are accessible from the property and mountain bikes are available free of charge.
