Tramonto@Casa Fenice is a Studio apartment 30m from Casa Fenice. It has its own bathroom and kitchenette. The apartment has outdoor space to the North West of the property with a private patio with barbeque and seating, as well as access to a large Jacuzzi, run cool in summer as a mini swimming pool. (Please view additional notes for jacuzzi availability in winter) The views over the Saline River valley are beautiful. Only 30mins to the beach and 45mins to the mountains!

The accommodation is finely furnished, surrounded by nature, just 5 minutes from the sandy beaches of Pineto and the charming medieval village of Atri. With its 90 square meters, it is ideal for families, groups of friends or couples who wish to live an authentic and unique experience. The property enjoys breathtaking views of the sea and mountains.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

From the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Fino valley with the villages of Montefino and Castilenti in the foreground. Castiglione offers tranquility to its guests, excellent traditional peasant dishes and tasty countryside products (oil, wine, pecorino cheese and our arrosticini).
