Independent 2 bedroom house in the middle of nature, 5 minutes from Sarlat with private outdoor space of 300m², gardens and forest of 7800m² are also at your disposal. This comfortable accommodation of 65m² fully equipped has a courtyard, wooden terrace with garden furniture, sunbathing, barbecue. This enclosed outdoor space is private for you. You have access to a 10x4M heated pool (from 5/1 to 9/30). Mandatory cleaning fee to be paid on site: €25

Situated on the hillsides, the house is just a few minutes' drive from some of the most beautiful sites in the Dordogne.

Mild climate at all times due to its south-facing exposure. And thanks to the protection of the cliff, of which you will find a piece in the living room and bedroom.
