Only 30 min from Bergerac airport. The house is surrounded by beautiful rolling hills covered with sunflowers in summer and with numerous medieval villages, wine estates and golf courses nearby. The entire property, including the spa, sauna, steam room, terrace and swimming pool, is not shared with other people. Amenities usable all year round: Grand Spa Jacuzzi covered T° adjustable from 30° to 40°, hammam, sauna. Terrace not overlooked. 14-metre swimming pool, heated from early May to late October. The price shown includes cleaning, as well as the provision of sheets, towels and bathrobes. Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests are allowed)
