You'll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the neighborhood. Great for families with children (as there is a safety net on the balcony and bedroom windows).

Common leisure area on the building's rooftop, children's and adult pool, with a beautiful view of the Areia Preta, Meio and Castanheiras Beaches.
