It has a bathroom and two living rooms, one with a television and one for reception. Its location is great, it is about a 5-minute walk from the parish church (former church of Santa Rita), it is less than 3 minutes from the bus station, it is less than 5 minutes from the supermarket, and less than 5 minutes from the city center.
