Holiday houses in Cascade

I Highly recommend Maryse’s place. She and Chris have been amazing host to us. The olive tree residence is 8-10 mins from the city, uphill amidst nature where you can hear the sound of breeze blowing , birds chirping, an amazing view of the ocean and fog at times. It’s overall an amazing place to get a detox from the hustle and bustle of city life. For those who prefer using public transportation, the bus stop is just a minute walk. Airport is approx 15 mins drive by car from the location. There are amazing restaurants at Eden island which is a 10 min drive from the residence. Maryse and Chris are warm and welcoming and have been always responsive to our questions and also guided us with local recommendations. The house was well equipped, spacious and spotless. The garden area is full of flower and fruit plantations. We wish we stayed there longer. Without a second thought, we would book this place when we visit Seychelles again.

For our purposes the house was perfect. Perhaps an upgrade on the dishtowels would be recommended and a second towel in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, but we enjoyed staying there.

Superbe logement super bien équipé , hôte super accueillante, très bien aménagé et entretenu, nos amis ( qui séjournaient dans d’autres logements d’Eden Island) étaient jaloux de notre maison. On recommande vivement celui-ci.

Danielle et son mari sont très attentionnés et accueillent leurs hôtes avec beaucoup de bienveillance. La maison est grande et très agréable avec une belle vue sur l’océan indien. Le chemin d’accès est assez escarpé et étroit mais pas plus que la majorité de route sur Mahé. Heureusement que le mari de Danielle est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport car à 3 heures du matin nous n’aurions pas trouvé « Mon Dezir ».

Mit Abstand das beste Airbnb in dem wir je waren. Sauberkeit, Lage, Ambiente, Ausstattung und Service hervorragend. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank prall gefüllt und es fehlte an nichts, sogar Sekt, Wein und Bier standen parat. Da neben auch viele Snacks, Obst und alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir waren sprachlos! Sehr freundliche Begrüßung, flexibler Check-in und Service (Danke nochmal an Veronique und Asela die hervorragende Arbeit leisten und zudem sehr freundlich zu und waren). Die Privatsphäre wird hier sehr hoch geschrieben. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wird täglich gereinigt. Der Gärtner ist Topp und stets für ein kleinen Smalltalk zu haben. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wenn wir noch einmal auf Mahe Urlaub machen, würden wir das Eden Hills auf jeden Fall immer wieder buchen. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and super comfy, with attention paid to every small detail. Fully equipped kitchen including everything you need and even more (a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and waffle maker just to name a few). The view from terrace is exactly the same as on the photo. The apartment has good AC and ventilators in every room plus on the terrace. Comfy bed with good linens. Beach and shower towels are provided. The place is quiet and private, and the location is great. John was the best host! He always responded fast, gave me his full support, clear instructions, helpful information. He helped me a lot when my flight was canceled last minute and I had to change my plans - date change, plus early check-in and late check-out were provided free of charge!!! I couldn't ask for more! I highly recommend everyone book one of his places for a vacation you won't regret!!!

Wir hatten vom 5. bis 9. April 2025 einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu zeit in dieser einzigartigen Unterkunft. Jeder Raum ist ein Kunstwerk, liebevoll eingerichtet und voller besonderer Details – ein echtes Juwel. Der Garten, die Schildkröten und die zutraulichen Katzen haben unser Herz berührt. Der Pool ist Top und die Aussicht sowieso. Joanna war immer auf Abruf dazu hilfsbereit und aufmerksam, und Geraldine, die Gastgeberin, war einfach wundervoll – herzlich, offen und immer da, wenn man Hilfe oder Tipps brauchte. Ihre Liebe zum Detail spürt man überall. Für uns war es mehr als eine Unterkunft, es war ein Zuhause auf Zeit. Während unserer Reise habe ich meiner schwangeren Frau einen Antrag gemacht – dieser besondere Moment wird für immer mit dieser Reise verbunden bleiben. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die etwas Einmaliges auf den Seychellen suchen. Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert, und auch dabei hilft Geraldine gerne. Wir kommen garantieren wieder!! Our stay at Villa Abundance was nothing short of spectacular. The location is truly magical nestled in nature with views that are simply to die for. The house itself was flawless, with every detail thoughtfully considered to make our stay perfect. From the homemade bread & jam to the fresh fruits from the garden, we felt completely taken care of and ready to explore each day. Even the toiletries were handmade from Peter and Jenny’s own brand, a beautiful personal touch that made the experience even more special. Peter and Jenny are incredible hosts - warm, attentive, and always available if we needed anything. We felt truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. We can’t wait to return to Villa Abundance on our next trip to Seychelles. Highly recommended!
