The house is located in the middle of a pine forest which is surrounded by vineyards, making the place a perfect environment to rest and disconnect. In addition, the property is located less than 6 km from the urban center of San Clemente, so you can have all the services (supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, health center...) just a 5-minute drive away.

The jacuzzi is only plugged in during the summer months from June to August, since it is outdoors and does not heat the water. The house is prepared for eight people. If the rules are not met, I will be forced to communicate it to the platform, since I am having very bad experiences lately with more than 30 people entering the house and they are destroying it. The house is not for that kind of parties. For each person that enters without informing me, it would be €100 more
