La Vega country house 40 minutes from Madrid

Cottage 1 km from the center of the village, asphalted path to the entrance of the estate. With more than 30 hectares with vineyards, olives, almond trees and all kinds of trees to walk through. Nice environment to enjoy a fantastic country weekend, very close to Madrid (just 45 km.). House with 2 bedrooms and spacious living room where you can spend pleasant times in front of the fireplace. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. A room in the apartment shared with the host. It has double-glazed windows, an apartment recently renovated in August 2024, very cozy and quiet with a lock on the bedroom door. Well connected to the center: metro line 6- Conde de Casal, line 8- Estrella, line 1- Puente de Vaillecas, buses: lines-8,14,20,30,32,113…; supermarkets: LIDL, ECO FAMILIA, AHORA MÁS…

Relax for 1 person

A room for one person. The bed is large. Close to Renfe station (3 minutes). The city center is only 2 stops by train (12 minutes). Terminal 4 airport is only 40 minutes away. Bed linen, towel, hot water, microwave, fridge. No cooking. No using the washing machine. ATTENTION! AFTER 10:00 PM I DO NOT ACCEPT GUESTS. To hand over the apartment keys, I wait until 10pm.
