House 04 is in a Condominium with 04 houses (Recanto do Jabaquara). This is the only house in the Condominium, which has an exclusive swimming pool and a second gate, making it even more independent. We offer bed and bath linens. We leave toilet paper and detergent in the property, but do not replace them. Air-conditioning and ceiling fan in the bedrooms, closets with hangers, mirrors and blackout curtains. Living room with sofa bed. Equipped kitchen, space for 1 car in the garage, gourmet space with barbecue and shower.

There are 5 Suites with all comforts, air conditioning, TV, minibar, we have a small boat for transfers, other services will have the expense of diesel. Including a sailor and a maid.
