Beautiful villa with Jacuzzi and swimming pool

Sol Poente is a beautiful family villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a jacuzzi, a large pool (5,0mx12,5m) with jetstream and a trampoline. The property is situated on a plot of over 1.600m2. The house has been completely renovated in 2022 and here you can enjoy the Portuguese sun and relax on one of the sun beds on the large terrace. The house also offers plenty of shade for the warmer days and there is an outside dining area. The villa is located only 1 km from the beach and the centre.

Nestled on the cliff facing the sea in the centre of Carvoeiro, the villa is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished and offers wonderful spaces in which to enjoy the view of the sea. Located in the bay of Carvoeiro, this recently converted villa truly is the ideal location. Although Casa Magnolia is in the centre, the location itself is actually very quiet. Originally constructed in 1874 and used by the "Elite" of that time.
