Plenty of room for roll away bed or two! A sitting area for working or getting ready for that special day, party or girls night out.

Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and back up to the parking spot under the carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in our cove will be minimal. Sorry for inconvenience.

Royal Cabin Tiny Home

Small Cabin located on 10 acres with spectacular views! Wake up and look out over the Ouachita mountains! Step out onto the large deck and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and nature! The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

Great retreat!!!!! This tiny house is open and feels spacious and well equipped for a weekend or over nite stay. Located by a stocked pond excellent for fishing. Enjoy serene hiking areas excellent for peace and getting back to nature. Horses are nearby so enjoy watching them play. All the amenities you can imagine, full size refrigerator, oven and microwave and washer and dryer. A romantic picnic area with soft lights and plenty of privacy. Pet friendly! Entire King Suite • Private Lake Balboa Guesthouse

The guest house is separate from the main house and has it’s own parking and access. Keyless entry means no lost keys (code provided prior to arrival). Guests are welcome to use the dock for swimming, relaxing, or fishing. A covered patio with gas grill is also available to guests. NOTE FOR FEBRUARY 2026: our lake has been temporarily lowered so swimming, kayaking, fishing will not be available from our dock.

Boho Guest House Couple's Retreat Relax & Refresh

Entire guest house with king bed and full kitchen. We sleep three. We allow one dog under twenty-five pounds. We're approximately thirty minutes from Hot Springs and fifteen minutes from Lake Degray. We live on the property, sharing a driveway with the guest house. We are not suitable for children under the age of five. We live in a quiet, peaceful area.
