The apartment it's really nice There was Jacuzzi and Sauna that we can use We try it to use it but we never use it because both you must to have a special key to turn them on and we never had the special key to turn them on We asked the security how to turn them on and the security told us to contact Tatiana I did message Tatiana and she responded me back when we was already on the way back to Medellin

Very friendly the attention of the guards and the quiet sector and with several places nearby to buy food…Luis is very friendly and very easy to communicate

Very nice and comfortable apartment. Quiet and secured area. We had to make some last minute changes for the check in time (we arrived earlier than expected) and Ms.Angela helped us and had the apartment ready for us ❤️. We only had one issue (one of the fans provided suddenly stopped working ), but Ms. Angela solved it right away! . She was always very attentive and communicative. There is a small local restaurant/coffee shop nearby the building and a mini market for basic need products, fruits , etc. (around 5 minutes walking, maybe less). There is a few malls around also. I fully recommend the place.

Jorge contacted me prior to final booking to ensure that I would be happy with his apt. He mentioned for example that it wasn't that large explaining the kitchen and living space was open concept similar to a studio. I appreciated his concern but assured him that as I was travelling Solo that wasn't a problem.

Maria's place was clean and matched the description and photos exactly. The view from the balcony at night is beautiful. If you like the sounds of a busy city, this is your place! We had a few issues but Maria quickly responded and sent a handyman. All was fixed to our satisfaction. Maria is quick to respond and willing to show up when necessary. We really loved the accommodations and enjoyed our 3 weeks here. Note: It is not in the Pinares area of Pereira but is within walking distance (crossing a busy street). We highly recommend this studio apartment.

The place is really cozy and beautiful. The lady who is in the stay was an incredible host: always attentive and willing to help us. The location is also perfect, as everything is close and it is very easy to get around. We would definitely come back without thinking. Thank you for everything!

A very good place, with very clean and well-maintained equipment. The complex has large spaces in case you go with children or pets to go out and do activities with them. Well located and the host was very helpful in resolving all issues.

Great quiet place great for long stays

My family and I stayed there for a few days. I really liked it because everything was clean and with everything you need. The place is very nice and close to everything.

We had a great time we came with a party of 6 and this Airbnb was absolutely beautiful. The views are incredible. Getting to the Airbnb can be a bit off putting but once you arrive it’s worth it 100% Daniel is always on top of everything and Paola is always there to help with anything! The house is beautiful, they leave it super clean, they welcomed us with a bottle of water with cookies and coffee, a welcome ad and the bed decorated 🤗 there is no noise, you sleep as if you were at home, you feel safe why there are vigilantes 24/7, they recommend places to eat, it is very central to all the places. 100% recommended, Excenter hostess 👏 We loved it and obviously if we have the opportunity to return to Pereira, here we would stay

We had a great time at Diana’s place. The place is breathtaking I told her the site pictures don do it justice it’s even more beautiful in person. We love how they were super responsive and made sure we were ok during all our stay. Diana’s place is a gem in Pereira and it’s well worth staying there. From the house caretaker who is a sweet heart to the dogs which my kids fell in love with (Lana) everything was perfect. Thank you so much and we will be back.
