Plenty of neighborhood restaurants/bars within walking distance along Franklin Ave and further down in Prospect Heights. Popular spots is a 30min walk away (BK Museum, BK Botanic Garden, Prospect Park).

You’ll love my place because of the location, modern design and convenience of being 2 blocks away from mass transit (F ,G Trains).
