Holiday rentals with lake access in Carroll County

A beautiful piece of heaven I was a pleasure to be in this place and the whole family enjoyed themselves. The canoes and the fire pit were a big hit. Jacuzzi was well received.

This home had everything we needed! Check-in to check-out was easy and reasonable. Would definitely come back.

You can’t put enough stars about this place. We stated here for our kids wedding in Twelve Mile. The pictures don’t do justice for this place it is stunning. I wish we weren’t busy so we could enjoy the surroundings. We will definitely try to make it back up. Alexander was an amazing host.

House and location were wonderful!

Great place on the lake. Brought our family of 5 and rotated a friend or two throughout the week. Brought our boat and 2 jet skis and the hosts were very helpful with ideas to keep them safely docked out on the water. Lots of space at the house for everyone to hang out together or in pockets. Plenty of room in the garage for all of our gear too. Hope to come back every year.

I had a truly wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the peaceful atmosphere. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend staying here. I’m already looking forward to coming back! The interiors and the inside of the apartment were awesome. However, the exterior of the apartment area needs maintenance.

The resort was clean and very close to Indiana Beach plus my kids loved the heated pool! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Alejandra's place is an amazing value, especially given I booked the room with a private bathroom and it's is so close to campus and lots of restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and professional - they definitely treat hosting like the business that it is. I also think they do a great job managing expectations so you understand beforehand that the apartment complex where the rental is located is very much in need of repair. Overall, a great stay!

Was exactly what I needed

Nice quiet location near everything we wanted. Pool was an extra benefit. Very peaceful.

Even you rent for long time, every week the cleaner will clean the common area one or two times. And they helped me a lot including find my physical bank card in the mail box and extended the check out time.

Annie was an amazing host! The place was perfect for our weekend trip to Indiana Beach. We enjoyed some lake time with the paddle boat and paddle boards, kids like the pool too! Unit was as described and clean. Would definitely come back!

Amy is a fantastic host and her home is amazing and VERY CLEAN! She’s thought of every detail. All of the outdoor spaces are beautiful with plenty of seating. We loved having multiple decks to hangout on. Most of the beds were very comfortable (the bunk beds are good for kids but not great for adults). The pullout in the living room was surprisingly comfortable! The layout of the house is lovely, inviting, and the kitchen is huge with a large island. Definitely recommend booking if you’re looking for a relaxing stay.

Great family run resort. Perfect size and very welcoming. It’s quaint and very much has a small town feel. It was perfect for our big group of 9! Nice deck/grill/view of the lake.

Loved the location plus Frank communicated with me several times to check if there were any issues and to just check that we found the house and were able to get in. Will definitely check if his place is available if I need to work in the area again.

Perfect space to spend a couple nights so we could enjoy Indiana Beach Park. We enjoyed the fire pit, the bar/restaurant across the way. Great location to enjoy amenities in area
