A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

The apartment is located 100m from the beach. Our apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals during your stay. Dishwasher and laundry machine are also provided (as well as respective washing powders). Praia do Pedrógão is a fishermen village, fish can be bought directly from beach. Nearby beaches may be explored by bike using cycling routes (you can rent it at the bakery!) Pets are not allowed inside the apartment.

Located 50 meters from the beach and 100 meters from the Mariparque water park Praia da Vieira is a fishing beach with the tradition of Arte Xávega, Surf and Iodo Baths. With lota where you can buy fresh fish. 20min from Nazaré Beach. We met the needs of our guests for a relaxing holiday and good memories. The house is rented with linen and towels. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry.
