Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Carpinteria

David greeted us upon arrival and, after that, we had privacy in the two-story guest house...which is the size of many homes! The mattresses were so comfortable that my wife wants to know where to get one. The views are lovely, plenty of space for the 4 of us and 3 bathrooms! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again...

This place was the perfect spot for our group attending a wedding in Malibu. The Airbnb was well provisioned with anything you could need and comfy beds. Everything was super clean!

me and my girlfriends stayed at Todd's place for my bachelorette party last week. we loved it! we spent a ton of time in the pool and lounging in the gorgeous front lawn. the place felt safe and was the perfect size for our group (8 people). when we had some issues come up with the place, Todd was immediately responsive and made things right,.ensuring that we were totally satisfied with our stay. My family had a great stay in this lovely home in Goleta. The space is clean and spacious, with ample parking and a lovely backyard. It was easy to find and access, and it's a short drive to downtown, the beach, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

James was incredibly kind and helpful before and during our stay. The home was super spacious, a close walk to town, and we were even able to make s’mores one evening, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would be delighted to return in the future!

A true gem in Montecito! We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful Airbnb, it truly exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless and incredibly well thought out, with every detail designed for comfort and ease. From the cozy, welcoming atmosphere to the thoughtfully stocked amenities, everything felt intentional and high quality. The location was perfect for exploring Montecito, yet peaceful and private enough for total relaxation. This charming, comfy and classic stay makes you feel like a lucky local. (It will also make you want to paint your walls lemon and melon colors.) The apt and walkable neighborhood were perfect for our family- 2 adults, 1 teen - so easy to stroll out the door to everywhere. A fantastic home base for exploring Santa Barbara.

This world mark location is really nice and very close to a lot of the local attractions. Will definitely think about staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was beautiful and a quick drive to the center of Ojai. Geoff and Annika were friendly and responsive. They helped us figure out the hot tub and cold plunge which were great to have access to after our active days around Ojai. It is a little less private than I realized from the description (you share the space with the hosts), but they have done a good job of making it feel private by putting a gate to a private courtyard and blocking off direct access to the rest of the house. It has the feel of a guest house. The vibe was laid back and peaceful- perfect weekend get away!

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

We absolutely loved Maddie’s house in SB! The beds and pillows were SO comfortable, the kitchen has everything we needed and we felt right at home. We brought bikes to get around and never had to move our car! Super close to the beach too! Maddie was super helpful whenever we needed anything! We definitely will be returning to this super cute beach house!

Great location just outside the town; a quick 5-min walk to all the happening areas. The apartment is quite spacious and the property has many amenities. Great home away from home.

This is a lovely place to rejuvenate in the Santa Ynez area. It is located between Los Olivos and Santa Ynez so you cannot really walk to anywhere which was fine for us. The biking in the area was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.

We needed a place to stay for our son's graduation after our other Airbnb canceled on us few weeks before graduation. Tracy's place was just what we needed...a place to sleep and shower and reasonably priced. The condo is close to the freeway and close to TJ and Vons.

Simply magical! Stunning property with incomparable views, the best hammock in the world, beautiful outdoor dining space, right on top of Solvang but feels like you’re in the Tuscan countryside. Beautiful, light filled home with views all around and extremely clean and well appointed. Can’t say enough wonderful things, and the hosts are so friendly and helpful. Amazing!

No home away from home is perfect, but this impressive home was a great sanctuary for my family. Grand times were had, great meals were made, there was plenty of space to congregate and play. The only unfortunate issue is that many of the doors--to bedrooms and bathrooms--have trouble fully latching. So until that's fixed, everyone just needs to be mindful and knock!

it's a wonderful and ideal place for families for a quick weekend getaway. I had a quiet relaxing weekend with perfect socal weather. The house has really good positive energy.
