House with exclusive pool in Country "Las Cascadas", at the foot of the Comechingones Mountains, in the town of Carpintería, 30 blocks from Provincial Route 1 and a 5 minute drive from Merlo. The house has a full kitchen, a large dining room and a living room with armchairs next to a wood-burning fireplace. It has 3 bedrooms: One en-suite with a double bed and 2 with two sommiers each and large closets. Comfortable 2nd full bathroom with dressing room. Garden. 8x4 meter pool with perimeter fence. Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Natural environment with lots of native vegetation and birdsong. It is a place to enjoy the silence, the stream that is 200 meters away. A full-service supermarket was recently opened 400 meters from the place. Those who visit it say it is a true paradise.
