Conveniently located just steps from the beach and in the center of one of the best beach boardwalks in the country for easy access to shops and restaurants. Enjoy seasonal carnival rides, concerts and fireworks during the summer season. On site parking for one vehicle. As of 8/11/26 the elevator is out of service & awaiting repair.

NO FEES! Super clean & comfortable. Dog friendly. CENTRALLY LOCATED in CB's business district. 1/2 block to Lake Park. 2 short blocks to boardwalk & beach. Walk everywhere. Easy parking. Back of house has 2 suites occupied by owner and/or other guests. NO SPACES SHARED. I work hard to maintain a clean, peaceful place for respectful guests. Perfect for low-key beach stays with friends or family. If you're planning a party or bringing extra people, this is not the place. 6 humans, 2 dogs MAX

You can’t beat this location!! Just 2 blocks from the beach, tucked off the main road and walking distance to multiple restaurants. The boardwalk/ downtown CB are less than a 5-minute drive away. This private studio includes a full kitchen, queen bed, and a custom twin daybed, plus great outdoor space. Enjoy the front porch or unwind on the screened-in back porch with a fenced yard. We welcome up to 2 dogs, just include them in your booking and make sure they’re respectful of the space.
