House holiday rentals in Carmen Beach

Stayed here for a few days with my family and we loved the house. Very clean, great pool, great layout. There is major construction happening next door though that was extremely disruptive. The construction was happening up high on the roof while we were there so workers were just watching us while we were at the pool, it felt very uncomfortable. We also found screws and nails that had fallen into the yard which was very concerning to my barefoot kids running around. I know it's not the fault of the airbnb but some more notice about the construction to future renters while it continues on would be very helpful.

Beautiful and extremely private place, and also close to everything!... beautiful view. loved it, we hope to come back!

such a beautiful place to stay Santa Teresa. everything was new and modern and worked as it should. felt right at home and the host was responsive and gave us great recommendations of where to go in the area, they also provide a transportation service if you need to get around without the hassle.

The house was extremely clean and the service was amazing! Marie was incredibly kind, super responsive, and very helpful. Towels were changed daily, the bed was always made, and everything was spotless. What truly made the stay so enjoyable was Marie — she was always ready to help. From the moment I arrived, she supported me with all my questions and helped organize my activities. I highly recommend this place 100%! Just a heads-up: as mentioned in the listing, you do need a 4x4 or an ATV to access the property. Thank you again, Marie, for your help and kindness!

Todo estuvo excelente! La ubicación es perfecta puedes ir caminando a la playa, el lugar es súper tranquilo y el studio súper acogedor. Tiene de todo lo que necesitas para cocinar y la parrilla es excelente

I can't say enough good about Carlie and her place. She's the most responsive host I've ever encountered in my years using Airbnb. I don't know how she manages to be so endlessly patient, friendly, accommodating, and responsive. She'll text you back in a nanosecond with directions, tech support, and recommendations. Carlie strives for perfection in her interactions with guests and her property. I could NEVER DO what she does - so I have mad respect for her. She felt more like a friend and a fellow traveler than an Airbnb host. As a note - Costa is an ostensibly safe place, but theft does occur. As with any location, not just Carlie's, double-check the locks and ensure your things are secured. She and the community are very safe, but it's wise to err on the side of caution. Secondly, Santa Teresa is a beach community. If you see crabs or a stray insect, butch it up - you're a guest in someone's literal and geographic home, and yes, that includes occasional, harmless wildlife.

Everything was amazing including the chef I hired. The massage therapist for my retreat was top notch. Marisel the house manager was top of the line! She was very responsive and took care of all of my needs for my women's retreat as well and scheduled the massages and transportation. Sergio our driver for our excursions was the best. The customer service was phenomenal. My only challenge was I scheduled a beach picnic, and the description said there was a path to the beach. This is a path right along the driveway separated by greenery (not sure why the path was even built when you can just walk down the driveway and end up in the same place and easier. This path includes about 50 steps and about 8/10 cement stepping-stones that lead to a gate, you then walk across the street to another path that's not good for elderly or anyone with knee/hip/leg challenges as it's over debris, rocks, roots, water, mud etc and at least another 1000 steps if not more (not good at distance).

We had a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful and wonderfully quiet – a true retreat. Its location was perfect, with the surfing area being an easy walk away. The house itself was very comfortable and we felt completely safe. Communication with the host was fantastic

Pictures do not do justice to the view from this property ! Host was amazing , recommend renting ATVs , host arranged for them to be delivered for us, we loved riding them into town , to the beaches and visited Montezuma and the tide pools. We look forward to renting this property again on our next visit to the area !

we had a great stay at Laurie's place. From initial booking to checkout, thr communication was excellent. Also the place was perfect for us. We spent more time in the home and in the pool than I had expected because it was peaceful and relaxing.

Rainbow House was a great place to stay. Surrounded by trees with great view of the Pacific Ocean. Steep climb to the house but that was great exercise. Chachi was responsive to our requests and is very helpful.

We have enjoyed our stay at Chris’s place a lot. It truly felt like a home with lots of appliances and all was super tidy and clean. I will be staying here again for sure! Thank you Chris :)

Pasamos unos días increíbles en esta casa y superó todas nuestras expectativas! El lugar se encuentra nuevo y tiene un hermoso diseño. La casa es moderna, luminosa, bien equipada, y con una energía espectacular. Lo que más nos gustó fue el contacto directo con la naturaleza: la casa está rodeada de selva, así que desde la terraza, la pileta o incluso desde la cama se pueden ver y escuchar monos, aves y observar todo el verde que te rodea. La ubicación es ideal ya que está cerca de la playa y de los servicios, pero lo suficientemente alejada para disfrutar de la paz y la tranquilidad del lugar. Además, ofrece muchísima privacidad, te sentís en un refugio en el medio de la selva. Facundo y Abril fueron super simpáticos, amables y atentos, nos dieron recomendaciones útiles para recorrer la zona y siempre respondieron enseguida cada vez que lo necesitamos. Un lugar que sin dudas recomendaríamos con confianza, y al que nos encantaría volver. 💚

Es una casa muy linda, muy cerca de la playa, Rocio siempre estuvo muy atenta. El interior de la casa es bonito, limpio, la cocina bien equipada y las camas muy cómodas. Recomiendo plenamente este airbnb :)

Wir waren zu sechst im Haus von Felicitas und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Der Pool ist fantastisch und wurde besonders von unseren Kindern geliebt. Das Haus ist das letzte Haus vor dem Eingang zum Nationalpark. Wir haben vom Garten aus viele Tiere gesehen - darunter rote Aras, Brüllaffen, Skorpione, und die Kröten im Teich. Auf den Terrassen konnten wir sehr gut essen und abends sitzen. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da wir dort keine Busse gesehen haben.

Lugar relajante rodeado de naturaleza y fauna, instalaciones amenas y completas con una ubicación excepcional, así se vive la experiencia de Santa Tere, los hosts Roxana, Sofía y Álvaro fueron muy cordiales y amigables, de seguro que regresamos!!!!

The villa is gorgeous! We really loved it, the design is very unique with stunning view! The location is very comfortable, few minutes ride from the tide pools, and the other beaches of Mal Pais. Away from the mess of Santa Teresa, but yet close enough to visit for restaurents, beaches, and morning bakery. Judita was very nice and responsive, helped us with everything we needed. The house is really immersed in nature, as you live on a tree together with the wild life. Very unique place!

Amaya, was a great host she is always super helpful and resourceful. The place was beautiful and a great central location. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay in Santa Teresa!
