Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Carlsbad Village

Beautiful home in an excellent location. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The backyard was especially beautiful and lush, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. We had trouble figuring out the TV, and Alexander made a special trip to fix it immediately, which we really appreciated. He was incredibly attentive, always responded within 30 minutes, and made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. Highly recommend this!

We enjoyed our week very much! The location was perfect, a quick walk to the beach, about 10 minute walk to shops amd restaurants. The house is beautifully remodeled and comfortable, with everything we needed to cook and relax. When we got tired of the beach, the backyard was a great place to u wind as well.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Carlsbad. I have 3 young boys and there was plenty of room for them to relax and play in the yard. I loved being able to walk to the beach & its proximity to different activities were great. We enjoyed Lego land & the San Diego zoo

Great place! Especially if traveling with kids. Very clean and has all the comforts of home. The yard is a bonus for letting little ones play. Mari was helpful and accommodating and easy to communicate with. My family was actually set to stay at another one of their properties but at the last minute, (and due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control), we were unable to stay at the original booking. But Mari was quick to reach out to me and was very helpful at getting us booked at another location. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

I absolutely loved this place. There is so much to do within the home. The backyard is an amazing space with a pool/jacuzzi/ water slide, grill with fire pit, and yard games to include mini golf and ax throwing. The indoor space is equally amazing with a huge kitchen with everything you need , 2 lounging areas with TV’s, an Atari arcade game where you can relive your 80’s childhood and play pac- man and frogger. The bedrooms and bathroom were clean. The views from the home are beautiful, you can even see the ocean. My daughters live in San Diego and we live in Orange County so this was the perfect in between. It is close enough to the beach but far enough away that you don’t have to contend with beach traffic. It is also close to stores and restaurants but the house was so entertaining, we just stayed there all weekend, it was just perfect.

We had a great time! The location is amazing, very close to the beach and to restaurants and shops! We loved the Dutch door and backyard!

Jonathan’s place was amazing. Instructions were very clear during check-in/check-out, Jonathan was very responsive during the process. If you’re looking for a place in Oceanside that feels like home, this is the spot! Very beautiful place, would 100% stay here again without second thought!

Absolutely perfect! We are Carlsbad locals and stayed at the apartment while our house was being tented for terminates… I can’t say enough about how nice and accommodative Lisa was. She made a not so fun experience into an easy, 3 day fun staycation! Perfect location - walkable to the beach, off of the main road, walkable to the Village! The apartment has parking, but there is also plenty on the street. There is a nice ocean view and you can even hear the waves. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again! Thank you, Lisa, for making our stay so comfortable. Some of our favorite restaurants include Wildland, Steady State Coffee, Naked Cafe, Choice Juicery, Cicciotti’s, and for donuts?? The Goods!

We loved our stay! We were provided with amenities we might need such as extra blankets, and iron, pots and pans and disposable cups. The instructions on finding the place were very clear, the space was homey and quiet.

Michael and Arlene are excellent hosts. Their home is beautiful, cozy, and even better than in the photos. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and would definitely love to come back. Thank you for everything!

This is a wonderful stay and I will be back for sure. It was the perfect getaway to rest and relax and enjoy the beautiful beach. The room being so close to the water is spectacular!! I got lost in thought just hearing the waves.

We stayed at Christie’s apartment for two stays during a one week trip. Both stays were overall pleasant . Very nice view from the front balcony where you are able to see both the ocean and sunset, you are also able to hear the waves crash at night. Nice interior with plenty of space for two remote workers. Nice coffee shops within a walkable distance for lunch breaks and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. There were also many great restaurants within a few minutes drive of the apartment and a mall in Carlsbad 15 minutes away with many retailers. The only issue I ran into with our stays is one neighbor two houses down was rather hostile towards parking near her property, although it’s public street parking. Overall, I would stay again, I would just make it a point to park on the other side of the road.

Wonderful little place in south Oceanside. Super close and even walkable to most things and the beach. Spotless clean and pretty.

This is hands down one of the best stays my husband and I have ever had! Not only was the place super easy to find, but it was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The host, Connie, was extremely kind and flexible with us when our check in was late. She made us feel right at home and the value of the stay far exceeds the price. I highly recommend their granny flat in La Mesa and hope I can come back again very soon!!

This is such a lovely Airbnb - one of my favorites! So peaceful, the space is beautiful and feels right at home, and has everything you need. Perfect space in the bedroom for our one year olds pack and play. Lots of storage around the house for anything you need to put away. The jacuzzi was an awesome treat at the end of the day. The space is clean and so cozy. The host was helpful and responsive to our questions. Close distance to San Diego safari park which we really enjoyed! Overall a great place that we’d love to return to.

We loved this place! The mattress was so comfortable, I literally took the sheets off to see what brand it was. It was nice to have beach stuff ready to borrow for our stay and we loved sitting out on the front porch to eat and watch the waves.

"Just Beachy" is a fantastic, absolutely clean accommodation with an exceptional location right on the beach. Everything you need is there...and more. Contact with Lorraine was always "just in time" and provided all the necessary information, and the digital guide also contains everything you need about the entire complex. This is our family second time coming to Oceanside. The home is clean close to the beach and restaurants. Cassandra does a great job communicating and getting back to you. We’ve never had any issues or any concerns. We’ll definitely be back for a third time. We absolutely love staying here.

I cannot say enough about Leslie and Kaylie. Absolutely everything was perfect. Every I was dotted and t was crossed. Communication with them was amazing. The home was beautiful. First we would stay here again. Location is centrally located to everything (beaches, restaurants, golfing, shopping). The condo is fully equipped with everything to make our stay comfy. Host Julie was always very responsive, knowledgeable and flexible.

My cute family of 3 stayed for 5 nights for a soccer tournament. My 13 year old loved the ability to walk around to shops, ice cream etc with friends near by. Incredibly safe, so many options for food and the condo was quiet at night. You'll find everything you need for the beach, chairs, towels, boogie boards. 5 min walk to beach. Highly recommend!!!!
