Enjoy island croft life at 'Summer House @20'. Based on the west coast, our pod is the perfect place to access many highlights of a visit to the Hebrides. Situated between the historic sites of Calanais and the Broch, it is also next to breathtaking beaches, hills and coastline. The village of Breasclete is on East Loch Ròg, at the end of the panoramic Pentland moorland road, with opportunities to appreciate the island's wildlife, traditional crofting at work and an active Gaelic community.

Our house is in the small village of Dalmore on the westside of Lewis. The house is minutes walk from the beautiful Dalmore beach and pets are welcome (MAX 2 pets - see house rules for more info). There are many areas of interest close by, including the Gearrannann Blackhouse village, the Dun Broch and we are about 15 minutes drive away from the famous Standing Stones. There is a local shop 5 minutes drive from the properly in Carloway. We are approx 30 minutes drive away from Stornoway.

Heron's View is a lovely, light, airy, spacious and well presented glamping pod. It has all you need for a comfortable stay from a well kitted out kitchen, bathroom with full size shower to a comfortable sitting area. It has a double bed and the sofa converts to a double bed. It benefits from underfloor heating. It has an unique position with an uninterrupted view of the sea and surrounding landscape. It takes its name from the two Heron's that nest on the island opposite the pod.

Otternish Pods on North Uist are situated on a working croft and are ideally located for exploring the islands. 1 mile from Berneray ferry terminal and 10 miles from Lochmaddy. Each pod is open plan with a kitchenette, seating dining, sleeping area and shower room. 3/4 bed and sofa-bed provides accommodation for up to 4. The house is in the small village of Dalmore, next to Carloway on the west side of lewis. The house is minutes away from the beautiful Dalmore beach. Doune Braes Hotel and restaurant is near by and Uig Sands Resturant is a 40 minute drive away but highly recommended. Places of interest such as Gearrannan Blackhouses and The Broch are a short drive. The Callanish Stones are a 20 minute drive away and Stornoway is a 35 minute drive. As pets are welcome we have a ***2 dog limit***
