Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Carlow

This is a beautiful cottage and Natalie the host is super helpful. She was very proactive in giving advice and recommendations well before our stay and upon arrival, particularly since we brought our dog and were looking for some walks nearby. The cottage itself is very cozy and clean, any utensils one might need is provided. It also has a lovely garden. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Rachel has been a wonderful host and very caring. She kept close communication for any queries I had and had very clear instructions. The house was very spacious, tidy and peaceful. My friends and I had a lovely time and were very comfortable. I recommend people to book it if they wish for a peaceful get away

Just returned from a fabulous couple of nights in Coolattin. As it was a family celebration, we booked the dairymaids (5bedrooma), the hayloft (3bedrooms) and tindals cottage (2 beds). There were 19 of us (aged from 8 to 80), and there was more than enough space for everyone to enjoy together, or have some time to themselves. The Dairymaids was fantastic, huge living/dining area, with lovely French doors onto the courtyard on one side, and the ‘bee garden’ on the other. Both the Dairymaids and Tindals Cottage are on one level, a couple of small steps in, but perfect for varied ages in our group. Bedrooms were tastefully decorated and lovely powerful showers in en-suites/jack and Jill bathrooms. The Hayloft was stunning with kitchen downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs, along with a sitting room overlooking the courtyard. This was the Tweenies favourite place to escape to and chill! Woodland walks across the road and golf a few mins away made it perfect. Thank you Olivia, Noel and Dee!

The house was immaculately clean and comfortable, with clear effort into making it liveable and comfortable. Kevin and Julie met us as we pulled in. They were so warm and friendly, taking care to give us as much privacy as we wanted whilst also making helpful suggestions for restaurants and walks. We mentioned we were there to see animals, so they even invited us to see the newborn ducklings at their kids’ house just down the road. They also made their EV charger available to us whenever we needed it. We really appreciated Julie’s homemade bread and all the thoughtful touches in the house, from paper towels and tissues to butter and jam. We didn’t have to buy anything. They were welcoming as if we were true guests and they didn’t expect us to do anything to the house before leaving. They gave us a great experience of Ireland and the warmth of Irish people.

Had an amazing 2 nights stay here the pictures do the house no justice it was honestly beautiful and the views are amazing. In such a quiet and relaxing location but not a far a drive from a lot of things to do. Mark let us check in early and check out late with short notice which was a bonus the kitchen was well equipped and they even left fresh bread, milk and butter that was a nice touch. All the beds wore so comfy didnt wanna get out of it in the morning. Will defo try get back in the future thanks again Mark.

Such a wonderful host exceeding expectations. So helpful with recommendations, very responsive and friendly. Its a perfect location if needing to get to Dublin or just visit the local towns. Kilkenny, Waterford, Wexford, Enniscorthy. It was our final stop before our departure home and just wish we had more time. Highly recommend the stay. We enjoyed everything.

We had a very pleasant night. Flexible check-in with lockbox. Caroline explained everything to us. Apartment for 2 to 4 people, recent, in the countryside, quiet, clean, very well equipped with bedding and kitchen belongings. Recommended!

Breda and Joe’s farmhouse apartment was good value and just what we were looking for after a few days in busy Dublin - a peaceful stay in the countryside. They provided everything we needed in a very cosy, well-appointed cottage setting. The homemade bread and scones were a treat. It was an “escape to the countryside” but only 30 minutes drive from Kilkenny. Would definitely stay again.

we had stayed for one night in this beautiful home and It was a great stay we ever had.The home is very beautiful, neat, organized well and feels very comfy and relaxed.Christine is very friendly and a responsible Host.She is very approachable and helpful and care you as a family member.She drop off me to the railway station and even after I forgot to handover the keys ,she drove back to station without any hesitation,she is such a kind hearted woman.If you are looking for a wonderful calm and relaxed stay, Don't think more,this is the perfect one.We will surely comeback again. Shankill Castle is like staying in living medieval castle with the most gracious of hosts. I cannot thank them enough for making us feel at home. I highly recommend for an u forgettable intellectual and artistic experience. We wish we had more time there to enjoy everything they have to offer!

This is a delightful apartment in a true gem of a location. The apartment has everything you could need and is pristine and peaceful. Olive's welcome hamper was such a lovely touch. St Mullins is a wonderful place full of archaeology and ancient history right by the river Barrow. Nearby is a great little cafe - The Mullichain and Blanchfields pub which does great dinner and music at weekends. Plenty of gorgeous hikes and walks all around and Clashganny House nearby is a super place for dinner. Don't hesitate to book this apartment!

Great communication and responses from both Bella and Ann. The place was very well kept and the beds extremely comfortable. The surrounding house and land is picturesque with gorgeous views out of each window!
