Enjoy an incredible view and an imposing one-story house, located on the banks of the Chavantes dam, with a HEATED POOL available, UP TO 31°C, if requested, hydro jets, 3 large en-suites, with split air-conditioning, plus 1 optional support apartment, small with bathroom, split air-conditioning, located in the wing opposite the other rooms of the house. TV room with FIREPLACE, retractable sofa and air-conditioning. The master suite has a walk-in closet and a large bathroom.

Space for home office, 2 double beds, 1 single bed, 1 bunk bed, 2 mattresses, comfortably accommodating 10 people. Only 3 km from the city, close to tourist attractions in the region, such as Morro do Gavião and Pedra do Índio (less than 30 km).

All this less than 5km from the centre of Carlópolis/PR.
