You will have the privacy of the apartment without me being there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Quiet, leafy hideaway in the suburbs. Private studio with kitchenette, separate entrance and own separate bathroom. Comfy Queen bed and a Single bed (divan) for a third person or child. Basic breakfast provided for your first morning. Fresh sun dried linen and, extra blankets, pillows and towels Kitchenette has bench space, full sink, microwave, toaster and kettle. Located 35 min car to airport, 40 min train to city or airport. 25 min walk to Gymea, Kirrawee stations. Off street parking.

This lovely beachside studio is perfect for both a weekend away or a month stay. Transformed from a triple garage, this tranquil space boasts a large queen size bed, brand new private bathroom, kitchenette, fridge, laundry with front loading washing machine and dryer, television, CD player, couch, dining table and games and activities. Perched on the edge of Salmon Haul Bay in leafy South Cronulla, it is a 1 minute walk to the beach and 30 seconds to the famous Cronulla Esplanade.

The guest space is a private part of our house with own entrance and no shared areas. Located in a quiet street , a 15 minute walk from Cronulla Beach, restaurants and bars. Rooms are newly renovated with a comfy queen size bed in the main bedroom (3.1m x 4.3m) and a double bed in the adjoining room.(3.2m x 2.7) Kettle ,Toaster and Microwave provided. Recently built, under our existing house with separate entry is Parthenia Studio with beer garden and outdoor, hot shower! Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.

This peaceful cabin is located at rear of the property with water vistas from the deck. There is a large bar fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee plunger, toaster, crockery & cutlery. Linen & towels provided. Ensuite bathroom. Ceiling fan. Heater. Weber gas BBQ, hammock & comfy outdoor setting on the cabin deck. 2 night minimum except Easter Weekend with a 3 night minimum.

Bundeena Beach Shack with view.

Bundeena Beach Shack is a 1950's fibro cabin with a view over Simpson's Bay. The shack is situated high above the beach and has a new deck with an outside bath. Part of the deck is undercover and there is a table, chairs, a gas BBQ. The beach is a few minutes walk along the bush track across the road.

2 bedroom fully furnished studio - free parking

Walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, cinema and bars. The studio is a secondary dwelling in the back of the main house. Complimentary Netflix and internet.
