The house has 3 bedrooms plus a service room in the basement with a bathroom. There are 2 full bathrooms with bathtubs, a toilet and shower in the basement. We also have a 30-square-meter terrace on the first floor and a beautiful garden and a covered quincho with a grill in the garden attached to the kitchen exit. We are only 50 meters from the beach and the house has an ocean view. Cariló center is only 15 blocks from the house and Pinamar can be reached quickly by car or bus.
