From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. We are surrounded by mountain ranges with St Bathans and the Dunstan Mountains forming a dramatic backdrop and blanketed by snow in the winter. The unit looks directly onto a climbing wall on Mt Iron which is only a 5 min walk away. There is plenty of off street parking available, including room for the boat.

Set on acre of olives and lawn, close to town, with mountain views and all day sun, the apartment has everything you'll need for a great stay in Wanaka.

Prime Wanaka War Birds Location! This is a newly built sleepout that is cozy and warm. Quiet street with rural outlook. We are a family with 2x kids and our friendly family dog Izzy. There is street parking and private entrance to the room. Only a 10 minute drive to Wanaka. Lots of beautiful walking tracks and the Clutha River at your door step. The best ski fields in less of an hours drive away.
