Passionate about this place: super cozy and romantic. The decor is perfect and beautiful! Ah, Karina , Adriana and Mel's cuteness were excellent hosts and provided us with an incredible experience.

What an incredible space! There's no better definition for this accommodation. I booked the space for a birthday party, and I was able to accommodate just over 30 people (including guests and buffet staff). From the beginning of the reservation, I had an excellent interaction with Ana and her daughter Vitória. They even offered a lot of support to the buffet staff. The place is easily accessible, close to SP at Km21, we had no difficulty with traffic or with the arrival. Still, we received detailed instructions from Ana that made the arrival even easier. Finally, it is noted that it is an extremely well-kept, well-equipped space, which conveys in the details the affection and zeal of the hosts. I loved the space, the guests loved it and we all had a wonderful afternoon/evening!

Apartment located in a quiet street, everything was clean and organized. Lessee was very attentive.

The house is very spacious, wide, easily accessible and safe. With older and rustic furniture, but also very comfortable sofas. Ifood had great food options, and the kitchen is super well equipped, the difference was having the dishwasher.

The host calls it a refuge? Wow, that's right, a quiet place, really super pet-friendly, a large enclosed space, it has everything, nothing is missing, a hot shower, a delicious hammock, calm from the entrance to the exit. That's exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Space for pets where we would be relaxed with them running and us feeling good, feeling the peace of that place... I'll be back... Beautiful house... Check-in and check-out were very nice too

We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house, which embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back when we can!

The house is delicious, better than in the photos. There is a lot of tranquility, comfort and peace in the residence. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bed and bath linens are fragrant. We had a wonderful weekend. The hosts were receptive and helped us with local recommendations. We love it! I hope to come back again and again.

The place is perfect, my husband and I love the place , we need this vacation break, we love all the privacy we had , the shower is warm, the house is clean and smelling, a good bed to rest, WONDERFUL swimming pool, we enjoyed a lot , Dona Fátima is amazing , her husband is super helpful, you feel so comfortable that you go away with the feeling of longing for a family member , we will definitely come back, there is everything close, shopping, market, restaurants , and two grills . We made a barbecue in the pool, look without words. Valeu every cent. Gratitude ❤️😘

We love and corner of Lúcia, a very special place, full of love and peace!!! We spent a fantastic fds there, with a lot of connection with nature, the house is very cozy, has a large and complete gourmet space, bathrooms with very good showers, bedrooms with comfortable beds, and the large room that connects us a lot with the green of the forest. Mtos Monachins comes very close to the balcony, meaning the experience is amazing!! The location is very good, close to SP and as it is a condominium, we feel very safe. Lucia is a very dear person, communication was very quick and helped us in everything. Anyway, I highly recommend and intend to return. gratitude!!!

Very good apartment with a very good location too! Easy check-in and a very welcoming and attentive host. Just one important note is that depending on the route you take, the GPS may direct you to pass through the favela.

The house is very cozy! We experienced four incredible days and we want more. The order, cleanliness and details demonstrated the importance with our satisfaction. We can't forget the visits of the squirrels, the yacus, which we didn't know, and the charming marmosets. And to top it off, we accidentally chose the weekend of the traditional neighbourhood party, which was too good to be true.

Great place with comfortable bed and amazing view. Building has very good sauna, gym and pool. It's quite noisy from the big road next to the building.

It was simply all I needed The place is wonderful cozy provides incredible moments for sure I will return more times from there we leave with our renewed energies thank you all have been great and relaxing days ❤️

very good place for quick stays, air conditioning working perfectly in both hot and cold, wonderful shower, excellent service from Marcia, easy location, the heated pool does not work, it was turned off and the employees said that there was no plan to turn it on, otherwise great!!! I recommend it....

The view is beautiful, especially at sunset, and the atmosphere is very cozy. The host was always very helpful and attentive throughout the stay. I recommend it to everyone looking for comfort and a good location!

The apartment is beautiful, just like the photos. It was clean, well cared for, impeccable. Excellent bedding, bathroom with a very good shower. I loved the place, I found it easy to find and parking was very close. Not to mention the wonderful sunset that you can admire from the apartment, a beautiful view. I intend to come back more often. A thousand stars.

The house is just like the pictures. It was spotlessly clean and tidy. Good location, close to markets and restaurants. Communication with Ricardo is quick and easy.

The apartment is better than what can be seen in the description and photos. The host was very kind, and provided useful information about the location. I had an unforeseen event that required me to postpone check-out and the host was flexible. Near the location there are several dining options, a market and the internal market on site has everything you need for short stays. The big difference is the coffee and minibar items as a courtesy to guests. I don't remember seeing this kind of treat anywhere else.

A place of healing, inner silence and expansion! The care of D. is remarkable. Júlia with every corner of the space. We had the company of docile animals, birds, a lot of nature and various activities that Vila Verde provides. The cottage we stayed in is fully equipped, it even has an air fryer and all the kitchen utensils. We are delighted, D. Júlia is very attentive, generous and helpful.
