The apartment is well located. It is on the third floor, and you have to climb stairs. On the same street there is a supermarket, pharmacies, a bakery and a butcher's face, shops, etc. The apartment is close to the centre of Conselheiro Lafaiete, but in a quiet area, in addition to being close to the main hospital of the city. It has 1 parking space. The external areas are under renovation so it is still ugly, I ask the understanding because the apartment will be worth it. 😃 Any questions I am at your disposal.

The house is located inside Fazenda Senhora dos Remédios. We are 170 km from Belo Horizonte, with access via BR 040 (BH-Rio de Janeiro stretch). It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a dining room, TV, kitchen and laundry room. It is next to a lake, 100 meters from the waterfall. Quiet and cozy atmosphere, with lots of nature and silence. The kitchen is equipped with a minibar, stove and cooking utensils. ATTENTION: 4 gentle and loving dogs are loose on the farm; we do not keep them in cages.
