Apartamento tipo estudio con excelente ubicación, ideal para deportistas, visitantes en la ciudad, estadía tranquila y cómoda. Tiene una buena ubicación; a pasos de la redoma de guaparo, a 2 minutos del Polideportivo Misael Delgado, desde el apartamento tienes una amplia vista donde puedes disfrutar de un lindo atardecer y también dar paseos a los parques que se encuentran cerca de la zona. Cozy studio apartment, it has all the amenities 24 hours a day, WiFi (50mb SPEED OPTICAL FIBER INTERNET WAS RECENTLY INSTALLED, IT IS 8 to 20 TIMES FASTER THAN ANY CONVENTIONAL INTERNET) Netflix on both TVs. Private parking. There is never a lack of water since it has its own well, and the building has a power plant for common areas and elevators. Very central, excellent area and very quiet.
