13m2 room with a private bathroom, a wardrobe and a desk: this is our offer of practical and comfortable accommodation for solo trips :) We are in Carabanchel, a south-western area just outside of Madrid, at 50min by public transport from the city centre. It is a private space that shares a corridor with 5 more rooms, but ensuring maximum privacy. We have organized the space to make it as cozy as possible with the basics (there is no kitchen, we leave a coffee machine at your disposal) :)

A bright apartment on the outside, and the Metro is three minutes away

Bright apartment very quiet and well connected, without the noise of downtown for you to rest at night. 20-25-30 minutes from La Latina, Ópera, Callao and Gran Vía in a single metro without transshipments. 20-25-30 minutes from Atocha station, Prado Museum, and the Thyssen in a single bus with no transfers. Close to the new Madrid Rio park. You can park on the street without paying. A safe and quiet neighborhood. Supermercados Mercadona, Aldi y Dia 5-7 minutes walk Enjoy your stay!

Cozy apartment

Very quiet and cozy apartment, ideal for 4 people with all the comforts to spend a few days in Madrid. Away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, in front of a large park and 7 minutes' walk from the subway entrance with a direct line to the center in 35 minutes. 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds and one en suite with a double bed. 2 full bathrooms, living room and kitchen with full equipment. Easy parking area without payment.
