Located in the central bazaar of Cappadocia, our property is right in the middle of the places to visit. It is 4 km from the Göreme Open-Air Museum, 5 km from the centre of Ürgüp, and 6 km from Uçhisar. What's more, everything you might need (grocery store, restaurant, souvenirs, etc.) is within a five-minute walk. It is a 10-minute drive to the balloon launch sites, and you will also be in a position to watch the balloons take off. Our cave rooms are 300–400 years old and have retained their original features. Patisca Cave House is a rock and stone house with a 150-year history. It has the traditional architectural features of Cappadocia. This stone house in the shape of a mansion has 2 arched rooms on the upper floor and 2 rock rooms on the lower floor. It is suitable for large families and groups of friends. Its terrace has magnificent views. The kitchen has all kinds of utensils for cooking. It is heated by the central heating system. We have just completed the restoration of our hotel. All our rooms and facilities have been renovated. Our rooms have been redesigned in accordance with the texture of the region and in a modern way. Most of our rooms are cave rooms and we have a few arched stone rooms. Some of our rooms have bathtubs and fairy chimney views. Every morning, a rich breakfast is served on the terrace, accompanied by the magnificent sunrise. Guests can enjoy the view of hot air balloons rising over the valley.

There are 3 rooms where one of them is an original cave from hundreds of years. There is a cover over the bed but as it is original small sand might drip a little. It has a facinating balcony. There is wifi in the house (as it is a valley area and cave house, it might night work in every room)
