Perfect for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city and spend some time in nature. Very cool in summer, and quite close to the Camporotondo ski slopes; immersed in charming woods for long walks, riding stables for horseback excursions, and historical-archaeological beauties that the area offers.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Il rifugio del Ghiro - Minimalist farmhouse

Immersed in the nature of the Simbruini Mountains, you can rediscover an ancient and natural environment inspired by the early 1900s. You will not find the comforts of a hotel room, but the unique experience of spending a weekend rediscovering the ancient customs of peasant culture. "O blissful solitudo, or alone bliss" Immersed in the tranquility of nature and a few meters from the Annorsi Fountain and its precious spring water, the "Rifugio del Gran Sasso" was a barn for sheep. After years of abandonment, converted for residential and receptive use, he found a second life thanks to a skilful renovation that, despite respecting the context, has used the latest technologies such as the floor-to-ceiling thermal system or the ventilated structure of the roof

Relax alone or with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. You will find serenity, privacy, lots of greenery, roses, enchanting views, proximity to the Simbruini Mountains Regional Park, excursions, the magnificent Subiaco with its Benedictine monasteries, an introduction to the art of wood carving, the possibility of eating under a wisteria pergola, listening to good music, love and many books. There is a path that starts from the property that crosses the woods.

Villa Attilio: relaxation and nature!

Beautiful independent villa on land of about one hectare, with olive groves, centuries-old oak and enchanting views of the green of the Roveto Valley. Ideal place to relax surrounded by nature, for long walks and cycling, horseback riding, visits to the hermitages. A few kilometers away: Sora, the enchanting waterfall of Isola del Liri, Lake Posta Fibreno, Zompo il Schioppo nature reserve, Sponga Park, the castle of Balsorano, the tunnels of Claudio and Alba Fucens.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
