Cozy and comfortable country house, hidden at the sight, in a quiet hamlet in the countryside of the National Park of Cilento, 15-20 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of the Tyrrhenian sea (blue flag). An oasis of peace, space and light, for enjoyable moments in th garden or in the outdoor pool. This two floor house features 2 double bedrooms. There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

L'ingresso privato, gli ampi spazi, 65mq, le due finestre che affacciano nel verde del sottostante Fossato, le antiche mura in pietra, il pavimento in cemento, i divani ed i mobili antichi la rendono un luogo ideale per trascorrere momenti di relax che vi riporteranno indietro nel tempo con le comodità del presente a cui d’inverno si aggiungeranno la magia ed il calore del camino!

Al piano superiore bagno con doccia ampia e 3 camere da letto.Complessivamente può ospitare 7 persone. Area esterna: ampio patio per pranzare all'esterno con tavolo e barbecue, giardino con dondolo/sdraio e scaletta per scendere in spiaggia

De moderne villa heeft een schitterend uitzicht op zee en het bergachtige achterland en is gelegen op 6500 m2 grond op de grens van een Nationaal Park en is omringd door ongerepte natuur. Het is een wandelparadijs en ligt op enkele autominuten van één van de mooiste kusten van Italië. De inrichting is licht en modern, met antieke elementen zoals de oude kastanje houten deuren, de antieke olijfkruiken en de vintage lampen. E' composto da una cucina, 2 stanze da letto e il bagno, collegate da un breve corridoio. Può ospitare comodamente fino a 4 persone.

La mini casa si trova su “Largo Rupe” una delle terrazze vista mare più belle di Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Qui si trova “Il Medaglione della Fortuna” opera del grande maestro Salvatore Fiume che raffigura la dea bendata. Per questo ho deciso di denominare la casa “Il Nido della Fortuna”.
