The stay was wonderful. Due to the reviews, we almost didn't even get this stay, but it surprised us. I believe it has more to do with the negative look of the people who went there. Apê has a beautiful and sophisticated decor, it has a beautiful view! The common spaces such as the swimming pool and barbecue are super quiet to use. We live great times there! ♥️

It was a great experience! Delma always very attentive and responded very quickly, with great tips for places to visit. The apartment is very cozy, clean and tidy, exactly like in the pictures. Of one of the balconies of the rooms, you could see the sun rise, it was amazing! I recommend this apartment and would definitely rent again :)

The accommodation was great. The site was clean, organized and well equipped (duplex fridge, stove, air fryer, sandwich maker and coffeemaker). The host was very requested and provided all the necessary help when triggered. The building is in a hillside area, so being by car is essential, unless you don't mind this... It is also important to know that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, which can be a problem for people with mobility difficulties. The building has a garage, but it is quiet parking on the street.

Our stay was great, the flat is as advertised with three suites that accommodated us very well. The Delma hostess was very friendly and helpful, she was always willing to help us. I would definitely stay in the apartment again, great cost-benefit.

The apartment is impeccable in all aspects. Since the time of arrival, it was possible to notice the care with the details, such as the pleasant aroma when opening the door. All the kitchen items were new and worked perfectly. In addition, there were basic items available, such as coffee, sugar, sweetener, salt and teas, which provided extra comfort after the trip.The property has air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, extremely clean and fragrant towels, shampoo, liquid soap, toilet paper and hair dryer in the bathroom. In the bedroom, the bedding was impeccable, including duvet and blankets, and the bed proved very comfortable. The presence of black-out curtains in both the bedroom and the living room ensured excellent rest nights. The photos of the ad faithfully represent the place, which is really beautiful and well taken care of. The host's service was exceptional, demonstrating attention to every detail and contributing to a unique experience. Without a doubt, it was perfect.

Great apartment, of extreme good taste, with modern furniture, well decorated, working utensils, including large refrigerator, air frier, microwave, stove,iron. 3 thick bedrooms, the bathroom of the suite with 2 excellent showers, plus a second bathroom that meets the other hospides. Bairo new silent, well located for those who are by car.

Ingrid was very attentive and kind. She was flexible with the check-in, guided us on the tourist spots of Capitólio and was very helpful, a true Minas Gerais welcome. The stay was very good, a great cost benefit.

A beautiful accommodation, with a wonderful sunset view and access to the lake. The guesthouse's outdoor space is very pleasant to stay in. Cafe Breakfast well served. Cris and Fernando's service was great. I stayed in apartment 4, where you can hear the noise of the pool engine room, but we went to the outside and enjoyed the place, no problems.
