Maryse is very communicative and friendly. The property is located close to the city centre, but is also quiet.

The house was perfect for our visit to Toulouse. While we had a few wrong turns driving there, once we found it there was a parking space right in front which was very helpful. Dominique and Alain were the most charming hosts! They greeted us warmly and despite our language challenges did a great job of showing us the house and appliances. It is fully equipped, spacious, comfortable and spotless. We loved the walk along the Garonne river into the old town and enjoyed eating on the terrace overlooking their charming garden. Having the ability to do laundry, with a dryer, was also a plus. Dominique was very responsive to questions. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Perfect apartment in the city. The place is immaculate and spacious. Everything worked smoothly and check in was easy. The location is walking distance to everything with a very lovely square near by for an evening drink. Would highly recommend staying when you’re in Toulouse

Michèle and Stéphane’s apartment was a lovely place to stay. Quiet, clean and very well equipped for our stay of one week. Close to metro, the wonderful St Cyprien market and the park Raymond VI. M and S were friendly and responsive, giving us recommendations. We would definitely come back to stay here for our next visit to Toulouse and would recommend to friends and family. The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos. The air conditioning was also very welcome in the temperatures of 36 degrees we had during our stay 😀! Thank you, Michèle and Stéphane!

Very pleasant stay! The accommodation is comfortable, clean and exactly as described. Very good location: a few minutes' walk to shops, restaurants and public transport. Lively neighborhood. The reception was very efficient and communication with Marcos was smooth and fast.

Sophie’s place was such a delight. I was able to walk everywhere. The home had lots of old world charm but with a modern kitchen and bath. I was concerned that the noise outside would keep me up, but it ended up being very quiet at night. Wonderful stay.

We had a beautiful stay at Yumés. It is on a lovely little street which is quiet during the day, and has awesome bars and restaurants open at night. The sound proofing of the apartment was amazing and despite a lively street at night we couldn’t hear a thing when sleeping. The location is also close to the metro, so it was very accessible. We would definitely stay again. The only thing would have been a way to cool the room down as it got warm at night. Thank you

beautiful clean apartment, right in the center. everything on walking distance and yes that there is noise at night by pub goers and in the morning by the garbage men we find normal,.that is life in the middle of a city. just close the shutters and windows. you also benefit from all shops and restaurants nearby, also the metro at 2 minutes. you are safe in a beautiful building in a beautiful appt. we enjoyed every minute. the appt is equipped with all comforts, it could not be better.

We had a good stay in Toulouse. The apartment is modern, clean, well-equipped, and very well located — perfect for exploring the city on foot. The bed was comfortable, communication with the host was easy, and check-in went smoothly. The space is small and a bit dark, but overall it was a pleasant experience.

Absolute ideal location minutes walk from a whole variety of general amenities to fulfill a holiday Apartment is very well stocked including the all important corkscrew and bottle opener!! Located between Metro x 2 Security is top drawer with key access from the street via a magnificent doorway which leads into a traditional French courtyard, then access to apartment block via coded intercom Gentle stairs - I am 72 ans - No problem - Secure front door with key access Bistro opposite (Closes early! ) - Supermarket within 200 metres Landed on my feet there - Highly recommended

The accommodation is very well located: between the train station and the capitol. Small accommodation very well furnished, well maintained, with a comfortable bed. I will try to rent it again when I return to Toulouse...

The accommodation is as described. Very clean and tidy. It is true that the kitchen pipe may have a musty smell, but it is not serious. The area is very nice and close to many businesses. I recommend the Victor Hugo market, which is a few minutes away. I had no problems or inconveniences, but the truth is that it has a small window. If someone visits in the summer, a fan may be needed. Wesley left very clear instructions for arrival and departure. I have no doubt that he would be very willing to face any problem.

Fantastic location to access all areas of the beautiful Toulouse on foot. We were grateful for the car space however hang on to keys until you exit the garage! :-) Thank you Issam for a pleasant apartment stay.

Both in the heart of the vibrant St Cyprien district and yet in a quiet setting, this accommodation is excellent and perfectly in line with the description. I would highly recommend it.

Amazing home. Very well appointed with anything you may need. Right in the center of the city, with a bakery 2 minutes away, excellent restaurants and walking distance to the river, the museums and historical features. At the same time. It is located in a quiet courtyard where the noise from the street is not heard. It is very well decorated with art works and tons of books to peruse. Highly recommended. My husband and I stayed there for a week in May with our grown up grandson and we all had a fabulous time Thank you Maryvonne.

2 nd stay at Florence where we enjoy coming 😊 the accommodation has a private parking space, it is clean, functional, modern 😊 an address that we will recommend to our friends and family, as we are settling in Toulouse 😊
