Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Capital Department

Pablo como antifrion fue un genio, siempre atento a lo que necesitamos, flexible para los horarios, sin ningún drama. la casa esta bien equipada, es bastante grande y cómoda para una estadía en Mendoza Capital. Queda cerca del acceso por lo que está muy bien conectada. El único detalle que encontramos es que tiene cámaras dentro de la casa que puede ser un poco invasivo para algunos. De todos modos, 10/10.

De todas las casas que he alquilado en mi vida está ha sido la única que consiguió contarme una historia. De los lugares más acogedores y amplios con una magia que te atrapa. Alberto un excelente anfitrión.

We had a nice long stay here. The host's parents live next door and are lovely people. The space had lots of room and it was great to have access to the rooftop grill as well. It was very cold during our stay, but warm enough inside with multiple space heaters and an AC unit. There were kitchen utensils missing but the hosts replaced them on request. They offered us cleaning (we did our own) and changes for the towels and sheets. The washing machine listed in the space was not working so they took care of that for us as well. The main negative with our stay was with noise. The street is near an intersection with a street that can be quite noisy in the main room. Luckily you can't hear it from the bedroom, but sometimes you can feel it! Also, the AC unit for the space next door (same hosts) can be heard clearly in the main bedroom. We made a point of asking about noise before booking and were told it was non-existent — maybe out of the host's control, but disappointing to not say so.

Casa muy grande y espaciosa en barrio muy tranquilo y con comercio a una cuadra. Anfitriones muy gentiles que ayudaron en todo momento con algunas dificultades que tuve con mi vehiculo y que no les competia en absoluto. Fueron de mucha ayuda. Recomendado 100%!

La casa de Susana es muy amplia y cómoda, con ambientes grandes y adecuadamente amueblados. Cocina completa para cocinar y servir. Patio lindo y suficiente para relajar después de pasear. La ubicación es muy cómoda. El barrio es tranquilo y silencioso. Estuvimos muy cómodos en nuestra estadía. Muy recomendable alojarse aquí.

Die wohnung ist sehr gross und super eingerichtet. Die lage super zentral und facu antwortet extrem schnell und freundlich bei allen fragen die wir hatten. Preis leistung ist super! Danke für den tollen aufenthalt!

This was such a great place to stay!! Highly recommend booking. The space was so beautiful, and the pool was really nice for relaxing on the hot days! Looks even better than the photos. Pablo & Emiliano were fantastic hosts, very friendly and with a ton of local recommendations. The place is very well managed and felt like being in a personal little hotel! They even provided a bottle of wine, and breakfast vouchers for a nearby cafe which was delicious! Absolutely book this place, you won’t find better!

fácil acceso, buena ubicación, cómodo departamento Pero lo del estacionamiento compartido, hay que cambiar, ya que ponerse de acuerdo con el resto de los pasajeros para estacionar el vehículo es un tema.

Mi estancia en el depto de María Victoria fue impecable! Es tal y como se muestra en las fotos y la terraza de arriba es aún mejor de lo que se ve. Maria Victoria fue siempre muy amable. Espero poder volver pronto!

Gabriela was super responsive and her instructions were very clear. The house was very cozy and the garden surrounding it made it feel super comfortable as well as its pool made it feel like an oasis. Very calm and quiet area for resting. Arrival to the location might be cumbersome but not impossible. Me and my friend really enjoyed our time there.

Camila was a very kind and accommodating host, helping us with every step and bump along the way. We felt very well looked after by her, Jorge the manager, and the community in general before, during, and after our stay. A huge bonus is that on the weekends you can pop 10 minutes down the road for Chirivia, which was our favorite experience on our whole trip. We very much enjoyed relaxing on the porch and the peace and quiet. It's a beautiful cabin with lovely views, comfortable bed, and plenty of linens.

Todo excelente. Amanecimos con toda la montaña nevada y Betina nos permitió quedarnos unas horas extras hasta que la nieve bajara. Volvería sin duda.

Acogedora casita en la montaña. La vista es impresionante. Fácil acceso a la proveeduría, al embalse, etc. Recomendable. Todo funcionaba a la perfección.

El mejor alojamiento de todos! La vista increíble, el lugar increíble y la casa hermosa en todo sentido. Juan un genio, siempre a disposición. El camino hay que hacerlo durante el día ya que no es tan sencillo, pero vale la pena al 100.

Rodolfo and his family were extremely friendly and helpful! Gave loads of recommendations for things to do around Mendoza and made sure our stay was as smooth as possible. Would totally recommend staying here if you are looking for a peaceful and private area surrounded by nature.

Estuvimos solo dos noches, fue hermoso 😍 tal cual las fotos, fácil de llegar con todo lo que Carlos nos brindó. Las vistas superan ampliamente las fotos y Carlos muy amable!! Espero volver y poder estar como mínimo 5 noches.
