Beautiful home! Comfortable, spacious, clean and welcoming. Special to spend a few days relaxing with family. It has everything you need and more. Super complete. The large patio, cared for; the comfortable and nice rooms; several bathrooms; the common spaces are spacious and complete with everything you need. Perfect location - Away from the noise and close to everything at the same time. The hosts are great, warm and pending. We're definitely going back!

Located in the best area of Asuncion, on the main avenue of the city and in the middle between the Old Center and the New Center, close to the 24-hour market and corner with the embassy of Brazil. There is no parking in the house, but in the front there are many trades with open spaces and the place is constantly guarded by the police. If you want an exciting experience in the city of Assuncion, I recommend this location.

My family and I had a fantastic 16 days. Mrs. Milva was attentive at all times that we were comfortable and there was excellent communication with her. The place is beautiful; a five-minute walk from the shore of Ypacaraí Lake. Of course, it is far from the city, it is essential to have a vehicle to be able to move around the lake area. Finally, all the maintenance staff in the development were super friendly, from the security guards to the pools and gardeners. We give it five stars without any hesitation.

Excellent stay at Alicia's house, it far exceeded our expectations, the house is impeccable, with a beautiful view, and Alicia is very kind and always attentive to every detail.

Most definitely worth the asking price. A spacious one storey house with a nice balcony. Well equipped kitchen. I don't know where they got the pillows from, but best nights' sleep I have had in a long time. Jeffrey was there to greet me when I arrived and was pleasantly welcoming.

Very good service from start to finish, responds quickly. The place is in a very nice, pleasant and safe area. There's a supermarket next door in case you need anything urgently, and the reception desk can help you with any information you need. The view and the pool are very nice, the place is exactly the same as the photos. 100% recommended!

A perfect spot to enjoy Asunción! This wonderful apartment is ideal for discovering the city from comfort and good taste. It has a quiet terrace, surrounded by vegetation, where you can relax without the hustle and bustle of the street. The bed is incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good rest after exploring the city. On the rooftop, spectacular views of Asunción await you: an ideal place to have a coffee in the morning or enjoy the sunset. I also want to highlight the attention of the building staff: always friendly, attentive and willing to help at all times. A special thank you to Tony, who made my stay even more enjoyable. My stay at Aldo's house in San Bernardino was excellent. Check-in was super easy and fast, and Aldo was very flexible with the check-out time, which is greatly appreciated. It's just as shown in the pictures, clean and very organized, it's prepared for long stays, however in the short time I was there, my family and I received the necessary support and information for my stay!! The cobbled street is terrible, but that's not the fault of the service provider. It's clear that Rodrigo went above and beyond in his service! Thank you

Jonathan was a 10, always friendly and available for any concerns. The apartment is luxurious, with all the amenities, air conditioning that freezes, a washing machine in case you stay for many days, many places to shop and if you go by car there is always a place to park. Very happy with the place.

The apartment was very cozy, you have everything you need for your stay, whether short or longer, and the truth is that if you need something extra you can ask Daniel and he will help you with whatever you need. It is in a good location since it is close to supermarkets and other things. The stay was very nice.
