Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Cape Kiwanda

we stayed here for our 24th anniversary and it was everything we wanted and more there was a problem with the water during our stay - Tyler responded very quickly getting us information on the problem it was a broken water pipe nearby not at his house and when we could expect it to be fixed he then bought us a lunch for the inconvenience and finally checked in with us later to make sure the water was back on when it was supposed to be (it was) his response made the issue not an issue do not hesitate to stay here - it was perfection in every way

Beautiful and very clean home. Beds were comfortable , extra cot provided. Kitchen was well stocked and fire pit and hot tub were great for cooler nights. FYI—Lake is more like a very large pond: not deep enough to really swim plus had lots of underwater plants. We could walk halfway across it, so more for kayaks, canoes, paddle boarding, and you can get around entire lake fairly quickly. House is right on the main road so might not be ideal for younger children. Beach a 3 minute walk. We really enjoyed our stay but feel price is a bit expensive for what it is. Eric was very responsive and we appreciated instructions, labels on switches, firewood and kindling provided, and flexibility around a late checkout.

what a cozy, comfortable home to gather with family to celebrate birthdays! Being close to the beach and the hot tub were at the top of our list and this place delivered. the personal welcome note and "Happy Birthday" decorations were the little touches that meant the most!

Beautiful and well cared for home, with no detail spared! Ashley has created an oasis in a quaint A-Frame that made me smile the whole time I was there. Walkable beach access was critical for us and we enjoyed the tide pools each morning. The hot tub and sauna were in very good condition and we would have loved to stay longer if we could. The downstairs bedroom is a trundle bed which is very snug in there for two, but worked out for my kids. The upstairs bedroom is lovely but does have a large window that is not covered, so best to bring an eye mask if light sensitive when sleeping. Quick and simple checkout. Perfect getaway for us!

I can’t say enough good things about this beach house — it was everything we were hoping for and more. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the sound of waves and an incredible view of the ocean that immediately made us feel relaxed and at peace. The house itself is warm, charming, and thoughtfully designed. It’s not overly large, but it has everything you need — a comfortable living area with lots of seating, a well stocked kitchen, and super comfy beds. Every little detail, from the coastal decor to the soft blankets and well-placed lighting, made it feel like a peaceful retreat. The real highlight, though, is the view. Whether we were sipping coffee on the deck in the morning or watching the sunset from the hot tub, the ocean was always in sight — and absolutely breathtaking. If you're needing a "pick me up" - THIS is your place. The fresh ocean air will transform you. We are so excited to plan our next return trip to mid mid beach house! Highly recommend!

Truly one of the most charming cabins we've ever stayed in! Spacious with that perfect cozy cabin feel, plus thoughtful surprises like a delicious berry pie and fresh local eggs. The deck offered breathtaking views of the Pacific, with pelicans and bald eagles soaring above and the soothing sound of the ocean below. Beds were incredibly comfy, and the added touches—like toothbrushes in every bathroom—didn't go unnoticed. The hot tub was pure magic, day or night, surrounded by serene nature. A quick stroll led to tide pools that felt like a hidden treasure. 10 stars—we can’t wait to return!

Lovely home and beautiful location. We only stayed for two nights, but really felt at home. The host had clearly organized the property with clear instructions and labels that got us acquainted with the property quickly.

This place was super cute with lots of amenities. I found the bed to be very comfortable compared to many of my other traveling experiences. We loved the hot tub and fire pit. We didn’t use the sauna but it looked very nice. Great use of the indoor and outdoor space. I was so happy that I could hear the ocean with the windows open. It was pretty obvious to me why this awesome space is frequently not available!

Let me start of by saying this was the PERFECT get away for me and my husband who both work demanding jobs and long hours! The river was so nice and peaceful and the hot tub was relaxing and clean which is sometimes hard to trust when renting an air bnb. Annie is a co-host on site and she was there to help with check in by showing us around and was there when we needed things. The only thing I will say is there is current home construction on the owner Pete’s house so there is a bit of noise through the day but it did not bother us at all !!! When you walk outside you may find Pete working around his yard or in his garage, Pete is the cutest old man ever he is super respectful of his guests being in his space and will check to see if he is a bother or is being too loud 🥹 10/10 recommend this place if your looking for a relaxing getaway by the river ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Lovely quiet, private cabin with a well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, loads of games, CDs, movies, kids' art supplies. We'll be back!

We loved our stay at this cabin! Hosts were very communicative and went out of their way to provide personal touches (such as a cute ‘happy birthday’ banner for my husband, as we were celebrating his birthday). This was a perfect romantic getaway with 10/10 reviews of the beach, front porch, and back patio from our puppy :)

If I could give them 10 stars I would!! The house just felt like a home. It was beautiful. The views were phenomenal and everything was pristine. We loved the quick little walk from the house to the market to the beach! It was the perfect getaway spot! The beds are beyond comfy! And all the white linens felt clean and sophisticated! Many events can be held here! We loved the baby gate towards the loft since the steps are a little steeper than average stairs but not super hard to go up. The hot tub was a great add-on for just soaking our worries away. This place has been a very memorable experience for our family and we hope many others will have the chance to enjoy the wonderful amenities here!! Thank you again!! We will miss this house and your extremely kind hospitality!

Amazing and beautiful cabin! We really enjoyed Bryan’s place and had a wonderful stay. He was super helpful and everything was smooth. Thank you for being a great host and we’d definitely stay here again!

Stunning View!! All bed rooms had a fantastic views too! Gorgeous sunsets! And only minutes from manzanita It was a great, restorative break. Just what we all wanted and needed.

We came to the coast for a girls trip and a relaxing getaway as art teachers and it did not disappoint!! The hot tub was the perfect way to unwind, and there were so many thoughtful local recommendations that made our stay even better! The cabin was cozy and super cute! There were plenty of games and we loved the puzzles. It was the ideal spot to relax, recharge, and enjoy some much-needed time away after the school year!

Nice and quiet, short walk to the beach. Also a nice hiking trail nearby trailhead a couple minutes walk east. It does have a clothes washer dryer though the listing says it doesn’t. (Doesn’t have a dishwasher)
