The River House, Vintage Cape Cod on the Columbia.

Come hang out at the River House.   The property has a  private feel and is on the Great Columbia River.  In Back of home is the Warrenton river walk . PET free- due to the co-occupant has pet allergies or other health issues exacerbated by pets. Welcome to "The Bay Cottage," our family home away from home. Relax at this cozy cottage with a stunning view of Willapa Bay. Located just across the street from Nahcotta Tidelands and a few short blocks from Port of Peninsula where you can throw out your own crab pot. Use the bikes to take a ride to historic Oysterville or quaint downtown Ocean Park. Come back to our cozy cottage watch a movie, play games, BBQ or just relax around the back yard fire pit and watch the sunrise on the bay.

Ilwaco is a small port town on the WA coast with lots of character. The living space of our modern carriage house is upstairs so it's light & cozy, 600sq ft. It's a 2 minute walk to the port & 10 minute bike ride to Cape Disappointment (six of bikes to use, and beach toys in the garage) and the beach. Upstairs has master bedroom with queen, bathroom, kitchen/living room. Downstairs has bedroom with single over double bunk bed, game closet, and washer/dryer.
