Cozy waterfront home perfect for a couples getaway

Cozy & very clean waterfront home, perfect for a couples getaway. Property is overlooking the Saint Andrews Channel with access to a small private wharf. Unfortunately you cannot dive from or dock boat on wharf. Ideal for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing or simply just putting your feet up and relaxing. After a day on the water relax in front of a small campfire and watch the boats returning for the evening as the sunsets. A perfect, well deserved day of peace, calm and tranquility.

Farmhouse Fond Memories

New cottage built on the site of a former 1900s farmhouse hence the name Farmhouse as it has been in the family for over 50 years. Not an old farmhouse but a new spacious serene space with views of the Ocean and Mountains. Sits on very large acreage which provides for a get away from it all feeling. The private ocean beach w/brackish pond are an 8 min walk away. Walk the beach for miles and rarely cross paths with others. Come and be close to nature and make memories. Peaceful and serene.

It is half way between Baddeck and Sydney and a perfect spot for anyone travelling the Cabot Trail. Firewood provided for fire pit if the burn ban is not in effect. Kayaks are available to use at your own risk, with life jackets, and if you are experienced in paddling.
