Lorna was great. The house was spotless, well stocked and well laid out. A nice deck and lots of utensils. A really nice surprise!

The house, and yard were so beautiful and were perfect for me and my family for a week stay. Nadina had all the information we needed and we had zero issues all week. I will definitely be back!

John and Willemijn were very accommodating, respond very quickly and were helpful mentioning extra tips about the town. Place was super cute and cozy! Loved my stay!

Laura’s home was exactly as described, very clean and had all the amenities you need. It is in a beautiful picturesque bay with incredible views - so peaceful and a great place to recharge. There are several options to enjoy the outdoors from a screened sunroom to an outdoor deck to chairs on the dock or around the fire pit. We made a day trip to Louisbourg Fort which is very close by and definitely worth the drive. I would highly recommend this Airbnb. Thanks Laura!

Excellent place to stay in New Waterford before riding the Cabot Trail. Pool is heated and views are great. About 5 mins from town but most restaurants deliver - and the new pizza and bakery place is great. Karri & Corri were very responsive and had the place ready within 24hrs notice.

Had a wonderful time celebrating a family birthday. Kids stayed in the pool most of our visit, it was a huge plus. Beautiful property, enjoyed a fire by the water. Plenty of space and all kitchen amenities were there. Would absolutely recommend.

It is hard to imagine a b&b host doing a better job than Cynthia and John did. They also keep a really nice home. It is also a large home. It has nice land around it and it's at the end of the small road. I'm very thankful to have booked with them.

Big Harbour Hideaway is situated on an inlet of the Bras D’Or Lake with little boating activity so it was quiet. The dock is very solid and does not move with the tide, there were four Adirondack chairs on the dock with a few more available near by. Across the inlet is a really nice view of gypsum cliffs. There were bald eagles and even a seal! The house felt comfy and was well stocked with toilet paper, paper towelling, tissue, garbage bags, pots and pans, cutlery, etc. The beds were quite comfortable and although there is no air conditioning the breeze off the water was all we needed to cool the bedrooms at night. Although the house is on a well there was plenty hot water and the water pressure was really good. It felt homelike and it doesn’t get better than that! There is no cable tv, but I believe you can hook up a device to it to watch movies or play games. There is a pretty serious Scrabble game on the coffee table. Baddeck is only 12-14 minutes away by car.

Our 2nd trip back to Moe’s place on the famous Mira river. This place is the go to if you’re looking to stay in the Sydney area. Always spotless and comfortable. Lots of towels and well equipped kitchen for swims and bbq. Slept like a baby!! 5 stars

We had a fantastic stay! The space was beautifully decorated and spotless. You guys went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The location was perfect for exploring and for our morning walks. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. The home is perfect for a large family vacation. Aaron's place is well equipped for an overnight stay or even a week . VALUE for money this place gets 10 stars . We've been travelling Nova Scotia from Australia for 2 weeks and this by far has been the best value . Aaron's mum, who we accidentally got to me is a real gem . she's the cleaner and a legend. Loved the Lollies too . (my waist not so much) thanks Aaron .

We had such a great time! Loved being able to walk to the waterfront (caught the northern lights there one night!) As well as to town. The Baddeck Gathering Ceilidh was a highlight of our trip. Our group appreciated the multiple methods of caffeination offered at the cottage; the kitchen was well equipped, and our beds were very comfy! Thanks again!
